Side Story – Abby's First Errand
"But, I could just make it with magic, you know?" A handsome man said to the beautiful girl next to him.
The handsome man who said that is my master, Kitahara Izumi. He is a very wonderful person who saves me from the endless loneliness and abyss that burdened me for a long time. I love him very much!
And the beautiful girl next to him is one of his girlfriends and my Onee-chan. Her name is Kotegawa Nanaka. She is very kind to me and the pancake she made was my favorite. I love her too!
"It is not good to rely on magic for everything, Izu-kun. Abby-chan needs to experience at least doing an errand once." Nanaka Onee-chan answered.
"Fufufu, you are too soft to Abby-chan, Izumi. I agree with Nanaka-san, Abby-chan needs to experience doing an errand at least once." Another beautiful girl with black hair and a pair of red eyes said while elegantly smiled.
She is Kaguya Onee-chan, one of my master's girlfriends. She started to live with us after we had gone to the summer festival together. At first, I thought she was a scary Onee-chan, but it turns out she is not as scary as she looks outside. In fact, she is very gentle and kind at home. That's why I love her too!
They're having a conversation about whether they should make me do an errand to buy something in the market. Of course, like a good girl, I will do anything to help them. It's definitely not because Nanaka Onee-chan promised me some pancake. It's definitely not!
"Alright, let's do so. Will you be fine with buying something for us, Abby?" My master asked with a concerned tone.
"Yes, I will! But..." I eagerly said and looked at Nanaka Onee-chan with an expectant expression.
"Hehe, I will cook three pancakes for you today, Abby-chan." Nanaka Onee-chan giggled and said.
"It's a promise, okay!" I lifted my pinky finger and said. This is what Kaori Onee-chan told me to do when making a promise with someone. She said if I do this, the other person will definitely remember their promise.
Oh, Kaori Onee-chan is also one of my master's girlfriends. Sometimes I called her Violin Onee-chan because of how she frequently played her violin for us as a training. My master and Violin Onee-chan's music were the best in the world. And I wanted to be able to play like them too!
"Of course." Nanaka Onee-chan lowered her head and intertwining her pinky finger with mine. This means I can eat many pancakes later- No, I mean I can help my master! Yay!
"Fufufu, in the end, both of you are too soft to Abby-chan. Well, before you go to the outside world, hear my warning first okay, Abby-chan." Kaguya Onee-chan smiled and said while she caressed my head.
Then, she started to explain what should I do when I meet someone suspicious or someone that I know. She also told me to be careful on the road, furthermore three times.
"Hehe, who is the one that said we're too soft on Abby." My master smiled and said.
"Kaguya-chan was always like that after all." Nanaka Onee-chan giggled and said.
"Don't forget about what I told you about okay, Abby-chan?" Kaguya Onee-chan sternly said.
"Okay!" I vigorously answered.
After that, Nanaka Onee-chan gave me a paper with a list of things to buy. And the money to buy those things was given by my master. He also gave me some money to buy anything I want on the way. Yay! As expected of master, he knew I wanted to try this sweet called Taiyaki.
"Don't forget to be careful, Abby!" Nanaka Onee-chan said.
"Nn! I'm off!" I said with a smile and embark on my journey to the market.

"Lalala~Pancake, Pancake, Pancake~" I happily hummed the song of pancake as I walk in the market. I can also feel my master gaze from a quite far distance looking after me. Hehe, you are such a worrywart, master.
"Ara, Abby-chan, good afternoon. Are you doing an errand today? What a good kid." The aunty from the meat shop asked with a kind smile.
"Hehe, thank you! Oh right, there is meat on the list too. 2 Kg meat please!" I nodded and said with a smile as I gave her the money.
"Alright here is two kilograms of meat and the exchange. Also, here is a candy for you, Abby-chan." The meat shop aunty said as she gave me a lollipop.
"Hehe, thank you, aunty!" I joyfully said. I just realized that doing an errand was a good thing. I will ask master to let me do this often!
The next I need to buy is a bottle of milk and butter. It seems both are sold in the same shop which is the shop located after the game center.
I have visited the game center before, and it is a very fun place. But for the sake of panca- No! For the sake of my master, I need to finish my errands right now!
When I was about to pass the game center, I found someone that I recognize. He is one of my master's and sister's friends. We have met many times before. He even came to the summer festival with us. According to Kaguya Onee-chan, his name is... Oh right! Emogami-san!
��Emogami-san, good afternoon!" I waved my hand and greeted him with a smile. For some reason, the surrounding people laughed when I greet him. I wonder why.
"...It must be Shinomiya-san. Good afternoon, Abby-chan. And please call me Ishigami, Abby-chan. Because that's my real name..." Emogami-san gloomily said before he asked me to call him with a different name while smiling.
"But isn't Emogami-san is Emogami-san?" I tilted my head and asked. More people laughed when I said it.
"...No, please call me Ishigami." Emoga- Ishigami-san said with his cheek reddened.
"Okay, Ishigami-san! Oh, I need to finish my errands for Panca- Master. Goodbye, Ishigami-san!" I said with a smile then I resume my journey to finish the errand.
"...Yeah, goodbye, Abby-chan." Ishigami-san smiled wryly and said.
When I arrived at the shop, I found another person that I recognized. It is a lovely girl with silver hair and blue eyes. I have only met her twice, but she is very kind like an angel. Even the way she talks was like an angel. Her name is Kanon Onee-chan.
However, I called her Tenshi Onee-chan. And master told me she would be our family too. But as our current home was quite crowded, she lives with Natsuki Onee-chan and Grayfia Onee-chan right now. Incidentally, Natsuki Onee-chan and Grayfia Onee-chan will live with us too.
"Good afternoon, Tenshi Onee-chan!" I greeted her with a smile.
"Good afternoon, Abby-chan. I see, looks like you are doing an errand for Nanaka-san." Tenshi Onee-chan gently caressed my head and said with a gentle smile.
"Yes! I am here to buy a bottle of milk and butter." I joyfully said.
"Do you want Onee-chan to help?" Tenshi Onee-chan asked.
"It's fine, I want to finish my errand by myself!" I answered vigorously.
"Hehe, what a good girl. Then, Onee-chan will go first, okay? Please be careful on the way." Tenshi Onee-chan said with a gentle smile.
"Nn!"

Finally, I finished my errands. Presently, I am about to head back home with a shopping bag in my hand. Before I head back home, there is one more thing I want to buy with the allowance my master gave me. It's Taiyaki!
When I arrived at the Taiyaki shop, the clerk is someone I recognize too. He is also one of my master's friends. In addition, he went to the summer festival with us. Although he always stays with Saijou-san who was my master and Onee-chan's friend.
"Good afternoon, Sissygane-san! One chocolate Taiyaki and one custard Taiyaki please!" I said with a happy smile. I can't wait to taste this sweet! And more people laughed when I greeted Sissygane-san. Looks like everyone was happy today. That's wonderful!
"...*sigh* This is either Shinomiya-san or Kaori-san. Or maybe both of them. Good afternoon too, Abby-chan. Please wait a bit. And please call me either with Shirogane or Miyuki next time." Sissy- Shirogane-san sighed and gently said. Alright, I will just call him as my master did.
"Okay, Miyuki-chan-san" I nodded and said.
"...well, it's better I guess. Here is the Taiyaki, it will be 400 yen," Miyuki-chan-san said with a smile as he handed me the Taiyaki. I handed him the money after I had taken the Taiyaki.
"Thank you, Miyuki-chan-san," I said with a beaming smile.
"Thank you too, Abby-chan," Miyuki-chan-san said with a smile. I waved my hand and walk away from the Taiyaki shop. Then, I head back home while enjoying the Taiyaki in my hand.

"Hahahaha!" Kaguya Onee-chan and Kaori Onee-chan laughed when I told them everything I did in my errand.
"Haha, that must be embarrassing for Yuu and Miyuki-chan." Master also laughed and said. I don't know why but if everyone is happy, then today is a very good day.
When they still laugh, the smell of pancakes entered my nose as Nanaka Onee-chan came with a mountain of pancake on the plate.
"Pancake!" I run toward the dining table and shouted.
"Fufufu, please wash your hand before eat." Nanaka Onee-chan said. I nodded and instantly run to wash my hands. After that, I went back to the dining table.
"Itadakimasu!"
It's delicious! As expected, today is a very wonderful day!
