Chapter 51

Kate and Diana meet at the park close to Cassandra's house. Kate called Diana earlier. She wanted to confirm if what Cassandra said was true.

"Diana...." Kate felt anger raising up within her.

"You called me" Diana replied.

"How dare you betray me?" Kate couldn't suppress her anger anymore.

"Betray You? How?" Diana seemed clueless.

"Oh... Stop pretending..." Kate retorted.

"Ah... I don't know what you are talking about" Diana said.

"Wow... I asked you to help me separate Liam and Cassandra... And you went behind me to date him." Kate replied angrily.

"Oh sweetheart... I think I was the one who asked you for help. " Diana reminded kate.

"Yeah... But you said you don't mind if I like him" Kate replied.

"Oh yes... I don't mind you liking him doesn't mean I want you to be his girlfriend." Diana said pissing kate off.

"You know what...? No one messes with me and go free." Kate said and turned to leave.

"Oh yeah... I guess you want to go set Cassandra fee" Diana said causing kate to halt in her steps.

"How... Did you know..." Kate was shocked.

"I saw everything.... Don't bother going there because I have always wanted to get her. Well thanks to you for making things easy" Diana said with a mischievous smile and left.

Cassandra woke up for the second time. She was still tied to the chair. This time, she felt so week her head aches and she felt dizzy and nauseous.

"Ka...te..." She called out with a broken voice. She was so thirsty that she wished she could get just a drop of water.

She looked around the room but Kate was no longer there.

"Mommy, daddy... I'm so sorry my reckless got me here.... I'm sorry that you have to worry about me." She whispered as tears streamed down her eyes.

Outside the room, Amelia, Gabriella and Jane arrived the the place. It was indeed heavily guarded.

"Girls, don't forget... Be neutral. Don't give them a reason to suspect." Amelia said.

"Yes mom..." The two girls replied.

"hey... Good evening." Amelia greeted one of the guards. She made sure she was putting on a sweet smile.

"Good evening" the guy replied coldly.

"Uhmmm I and my daughters were out on a tour... And we lost our way. We've been walking for hours but still can't find a way out." Amelia said.

"On a tour.... I see..." The guy replied with a mischievous look as he looked at how beautiful the woman and the girls were.

"Guy!.... Look" The guy called his colleagues.

"Mad...." One of the guys said.

"Damn... This is my spec" another guy said.

"What is going on here?" Jane was getting scared... Everything that was happening at that moment triggered something from her past.

Mr. Vincent, James and David arrived at that instant.

"Here.. Hurry before they get hurt." Mr. Vincent said and handed a box of match sticks to James.

James lit the fire immediately and David poured the benzodiazepines powder in it. After that, they went far from the place immediately.

"What a pretty girl" one of the guards said approaching Gabriella. While another one held Jane's hand.

The girls were scared to death but their fear dissipated the moment they started feeling dizzy. They immediately place the handkerchiefs that the Flumazenil on it. Seconds passed and the guards fell unconsciously to the ground.

Amelia and the two girls then ran to where Mr. Vincent, James and David were standing.

Mr. Vincent hugged his wife, James hugged Gabriella and David found himself hugging Jane tightly. He was so scared to death earlier, thinking she would get hurt. Gosh what is wrong with him?
