Entering A Grave Ruin

*A few minutes later*

While both Kereina and I were hiding, We suddenly saw 5 people with weapons in their hands.

'Hm? humans?' What are they doing here?'

[The Host should know that it is normal for Adventurers to go into the outer layer of the Grand Forest.]

'Oh right! Adventurers usually hunt monsters and beasts in the novels that I had read.'

I thought while looking at them.

The first one is a guy with a sword, He looks like he is in his 40s, He had red hair with some armor made of some kind of metal.

'Oh? A swordsman?'

The second one is a woman holding a bow, He looks like she is in her 30s, She had blonde hair with a face that was supposed to be beautiful if it weren't for the burn mark on her lower mouth.

'What a pity, She was supposed to be a beauty.'

'Though a pity, It has nothing to do with me.'

The third one was a guy holding a heavy-looking shield on his left arm while a sword was on his right one, He looks like a middle age man. He has brown hair and wears armor all over his body.

'Is he an idiot? why is he wearing heavy armor in a forest?'

The fourth one was a boy with claw-like gauntlets on his arms. He looks like he just reached the age of 20 while having brown hair and a somewhat good-looking face.

'He looks young...'

The last one was a woman carrying a massive axe, She looks big and barbaric while having a bored expression on her face.

'Oh? She's strong!'

'If we fight, I'm sure she will win in a battle of strength. While I'm sure I will win if I use my bow.'

'System, She's the only one that can endanger me right?'

[The host is correct]

'What are their levels?'

[To answer the host's question, 2 of them are at the level of 47, while the other two are both at the level of 51 and 53. While the Barbarian woman is at level 59.]

'I wonder what they are doing here.'

'Are they perhaps going on a hunt?'

Just as I thought of that, I suddenly heard the red-haired guy speak:

"Ken! How far are we from the treasure?"

"A few more hours and we will reach our destination, Mr. Sam." Said Ken respectfully.

"You just said the same thing hours ago!" Sam shouted.

"Sam, just wait for at least an hour, I have already double-checked the map." said the woman with scars.

"If you say so Shelly, I'll wait for an hour and nothing more."

"Don't worry I'm sure we will find it."

"We better be..."

The Barbarian woman just looked at them and nothing more, while the guy with full armor is just keeping quiet.

'Oh? looks like they are searching for treasure.'

'System, why can I understand their language? Don't they have a different language than me?'

The Barbarian woman looked at the spot where Kereina and I were staying.

"What is it Lin?" asked the guy with full armor while looking at the Barbarian woman.

"Don't worry about it Robert, maybe it was just a bird" said Lin.

"Ok, If you say so," said Robert as he just looked at the sky.

'Sigh! It is almost night time and we still haven't reached our destination.'

He thought while continuing to stare at the sky.

As The System was just about to explain why I can understand this world's language, The barbarian woman suddenly looked at me and Kereina, Before she can see us, I quickly teleported a Kilometer away.

Zing!

We suddenly appeared exactly a kilometer away from the humans.

'Woah! That barbarian was good! to be able to sense us while being almost unnoticeable due to Kereina's Shadow Element.

Kereina just looked at me, though I can't read minds. I know that she is wondering why we teleported away.

I quickly explained about being almost found out.

After Explaining, I quickly took a glance at the Sunset.

We decided to rest for now due to the surroundings being too dark.

We will track them down later using Kereina's skill 'Shadow tracker'.

"Good job on using your skill on them Kereina, Now we just need to rest and see if they will find the treasure or end up dead."

"Here, take this," I said as I handed her a

"Au-Auh!"

We slept like a log while the 5 humans have found the place where the treasure is, they decided to camp near it for now and will only enter it in the morning.

=•Day 18•=

We ate and decided to check on the humans.

'Oh? looks like a ruin, why didn't we discover it when we passed by?'

'Are there restrictions on your Scanner or something?'

[The System's Scanning ability is restricted due to the host's being low level.]

'Looks like I need to reach the higher tiers faster or I might die due to the System being too restricted because of my incompetence.'

After we arrived we saw that they are currently preparing to enter the ruin, They are being led by Sam, They are walking towards the ruin with a triangle-like formation.

The ruin looks like a normal graveyard if it weren't for the mana that is being emitted by the black grave in the middle of the graveyard.

If you took a closer look you can see a level in the side of the black grave.

They quickly pulled the lever without double-checking if it was a trap.

'Looks like they have a guide based on their confidence of it not having traps.'

A few seconds later, An entrance could be seen in front of the black grave. As they entered, the entire entrance suddenly disappeared, Seeing this Sam looks like he was confused while saying:

"Huh? That wasn't supposed to happen... Is the guide perhaps faulty?"

He said as he looked at the map he got in his pockets.

"Everything Alright?" asked Shelly as she was looking at him.

"Yeah, Everything is fine except for the entrance suddenly closing on us."

"Don't worry, It may just be due to a faulty spell that was supposed to keep the entrance hidden."

"Your right, this ruin must have at least been here for 1000-3000 years, It might be due to its oldness of it that the spell was faulty."

As they kept chatting the others were a little nervous while the Barbarian had a neutral look on her face.
