Ivan's words created havoc in his own self. 

What if I had really died?

He thought what if Augustus wouldn't be there to save him? and he had really fallen in the water. Although he knew how to swim, he was determined to let go of his body with the flow of the water. That would be his end, he tried to fetch it that night. His head slowly leaned over Augustus's shoulder with a light sigh. Eyes stilled ahead at the neverending river that seemed like a puddle of water to his sight. 

Ryan would have to face everything alone even when it's not his fault. How can I turn extremely selfish in my heartbreak? But the reality is different. He is alive but what if remained the same.

"Aye Augustus, you have wealth, fame, and everything that one dreams to possess then why haven't you settled down in life yet?" Ivan asked.

Augustus moved in confusion. Ivan noticed him checking something in his blazer.
