Mourning
[3rd POV]
"Hey, tell you what, I will buy the magazines for you." The guy said to Saki who was getting more and more scared as he won't leave her alone.
"Ah, no there is no need." Saki tired rejecting and pushing him away but the guy was insistent. Saki was an introverted and shy girl so she was an easy target to these things.
She was just a girl of 15 who had never even had friends before. She did not want to be rude to the guy since he was an adult.
"This is the least I can do for a cute girl like you, or else God would smite me." The guy said with a laugh and took the magazine Saki was looking at before.
"Oh, I have not introduced myself. My name's Hayato. Now what's your name cutie?" Hayato asked to which Saki answered nervously.
"Saki, Saki Yoshida."
Hayato let out a smile as his snake eyes gleamed with malice. He was the boyfriend of Saki in the original doujin. He was involved in illegal drug dealings and human trafficking.
He was the guy who tricked Saki into taking drugs and raping her while she was high. After that, he blackmailed her and gaslighted her into loving him.
After this, he turned Saki into a drug addict prostitute who did everything to his will. But he later abandoned Saki after she was pregnant and was no use for him.
Now, although the events have changed drastically, some things remained the same as he saw Saki. He was a predator and he could tell easy targets.
"Come on, let's go somewhere more fun. I will also buy you the magazine. Come on." He said and pulled Saki on her arm.
"No. Thank you mister but I am waiting for a friend. And you don't have to buy me anything." Saki said much to Hayato's frustration.
In the original doujin, Saki easily followed him after Hayato pressured her and told her sweet things but this time, it was quite different. Saki refused to follow him.
Yuito had told her about the dangers of a stranger, especially for a beautiful girl like her. He even made her promise to never follow strangers.
So Saki wanted to refuse him. But as his grip on her arm tightened, she wondered if it would be better to follow him.
After all, nothing too bad would happen, right?
"Friends? You are waiting for your friends?" He said, "How curious, then what is the name of this friend you are waiting for?"
"Its, its..." Saki was unable to name her friend as her voice came out incoherent and hesitant.
"It's not good to lie to adults you know?' Hayato said with a serious tone.
"No!! It's true. I am waiting for someone." Saki said as she tried to resist his insistent pull.
It was not too much to call it harassment but the way he was forcing on her was definitely uncomfortable.
And what she said was true. She was waiting for someone and she was unable to say his name because it would sound ridiculous.
A high school girl like her being friends with someone like him? No one would believe it so it was better to stay silent.
She was waiting for Yuito.
"Are you scared? Hahaha, you don't have to be scared, I just want to show you something fun." Hayato said but he went quiet when he suddenly felt a huge presence behind him.
"She's waiting for me."
The voice was that of a young man. It was oddly attractive and almost hypnotizing to women. Hayato turned back but before he could even see who it was, he felt a hand grab his wrist.
It hurts.
Hayato let go of Saki and fully turned towards the man behind him and he immediately recognised who it was. He broke a cold sweat.
"Didn't you hear? She said no multiple times." Yuito said with a stoic face and a horrifying gleam in his eyes.
"Oh, I was just-" Hayato was going to speak before he was cut off by the strangest sound. It almost sounded like a broken bone.
*Crack*
Hayato paused and slowly looked down at his wrist. His eyes shook when he saw how it was crushed under Yuito's grip and how it was bending weirdly.
When he saw his injury, his brain finally processed it and a searing pain followed. It felt like lava was flowing through his veins starting from his broken wrist.
"AHH-!!!" He was going to scream but another huge hand came and grabbed the whole lower part of his face, making his scream fall back down his throat.
He couldn't even breathe. His lungs collapsed as his scream died down inside him weirdly. He felt like he was dying and his eyes turned red.
"Fragile fuck." Yuito spat out in disgust.
Hayato tried to fight back but the moment he raised his arm, the grip on his face tightened many times and he stopped immediately.
He knew.
He knew if he moved even one more inch Yuito was going to rip off his jaw. He did not know how but he could feel that Yuito had enough strength to do so.
His body trembled in fear as suddenly, every sense he had screamed at him. Adrenaline pumped in his veins, it was many times more intense than any drugs he had used.
He..He...He...
He was going to die.
He felt a gun was aimed right at his head. He had never come this close to dying. No, was he dying? Or was he already dead?
His body trembled and muscles contract so much that he even felt his pee leaking out. Yutio just continued staring at him dead in the eyes.
Hayato saw his death in those two purple orbs.
"Saki, Marin and Komi are near the school entrance. Go to them, I will join you shortly." Yuito said and Saki did not question his words.
Saki left them and Hayato was paler than a ghost now. He wondered where all of his blood and strength had gone.
His body had betrayed him, submitting instinctively to someone it knew was many times stronger than him.
Normally, the instinct of an animal is to fight back when pushed to near death but this time, his body knew fighting back was only a way to quicken his death.
To survive, it submit.
"Remain silent," Yuito told him coldly before he dragged him to the back door of the shop.
Hayato could still not breathe but that was the least of his worries. He could survive minutes without air but he did not know if he would be able to survive another second.
There was a lock on the door but Yuito easily crushed the lock and opened the door. They exit the shop and it leads them to a dark room.
It was the storage room of the shop. Yuito looked around and and notice a CCTV camera which caused him to click his tongue in annoyance.
"You should have never existed." Yuito said and let out dark chuckles.
Hayto started crying. He did not know why but he was sobbing.
Why? Why was he crying? Why was he so suddenly sad?
..
He got an answer when Yuito looked at stared down at him. His eyes glowing eeriely in the dark.
Hayato was mourning.
He was mourning for his own death.
