Gun vs Yuito (Final)

[Yuito's POV]

I did not have full control over myself throughout the next part of the fight and everything was blurry.

All I saw was red due to the blood vessels popping in both of my eyes. At one point I even fought completely blind.

I was constantly using my new skill [Animal Instinct] so my body was in autopilot mode. I fought with pure instincts alone.

This was especially effective because as you know, a perfect body equals perfect instincts.

I remembered our bodies cutting through the air and moving at incredible speed. I remember hitting the wall and breaking it apart with ease.

I remembered kicks that were harder than getting hit by trucks, landing on my body. i remembered delivering attacks with the same intensity to my opponent.

I remembered biting something and blood flowing down my throat as I basked in brutal violence.

And most importantly, I remember getting stronger each minute, each second. The sound of the system echoed in my mind as I grew and evolved.

I was addicted to the feeling of getting stronger

I remember observing my opponent's martial arts so very carefully. I remembered noting down every new technique he threw at me.

I did all this to predict his attacks while I fought on instinct and with the intent to kill.

*Ting!!*

[Karate leveled up to Grandmaster]

[Muay Thai leveled up to Grandmaster]

[Boxing leveled up to Grandmaster]

Then I remembered seeing new attacks. New patterns my opponents used to hurt me. I made sure to learn those too.

I learned many new things.

[New skill acquired : Aikido]

[New skill acquired : Berserker mode]

[New skill acquired : Killing intent]

[New skill acquired : Tawekwondo]

I did not remember a lot of things as I said, they were blurry. I hit and hit, attack and attack, over and over and over again.

Then I heard laughter, an animalistic laughter that almost scared even me. I heard screams and taunting and growling.

And at some point I realized that was me.

I saw Gun laughing madly, saying how he loved me, saying I was the most beautiful thing in the world.

Saying I was a masterpiece.

There was a loud engine inside me, my heart was beating so fast that it numb my ears so I could not hear anything but the racing of my heart.

I listened to it.

Then I listened as it slowed down.

It went slower and slower until it almost came to a stop. Then it beats very softly and slowly as if it was truly tired.

*Thup-dup* *Thup-dup*

I was lying absolutely still on the ground of the alley. All of my body hurts so much it numbs.

There was no part of me that did not hurt.

I could not move a single muscle and I just stared blankly ahead. I did not have enough strength to even blink.

I heard rough breathing in the distance and a man stumbling and struggling to get up. It was Gun.

He was chuckling and vomiting copious amounts of blood but he used the nearby wall and trash cans to support himself up.

I lost.

He weakly limped towards me and finally stood before me. When I saw his image, I felt better about losing because I knew I had pushed him to his absolute limit.

His ear was half bitten off and bleeding and he was clutching the left side of his rib which was swollen purple and bleeding.

Then his left arm which I put on an armbar at the beginning of the fight was broken.

Not only that, you could see bruises and scratch marks throughout his body.

He stood before me and with his good hand, he took a cigarette out, put it on his lips and lit it up before smoking it ever so slowly

He had a small smile as he continued looking at me like I was a gem.

"You are perfect." He said and took a long puff on his cigarette.

"I have no doubt when we meet again, I will be on the ground instead but for now I win." he said with such a happy smile that you would believe he was happy I was going to be stronger than him.

"When you find yourself on top of the world, at the pinnacle of strength. I want people to know I created you." he said.

"And never lose to anyone again." He said and flicked his cigarette towards me.

Then he turned around and left, leaving me alone in that alley as I finally passed out.
