Akari woke up and looked around.

The only thing she saw was black. She looked into every direction but everything exept herself was pitch black.

" Well this isn't my bedroom. "

She looked down and saw a small screen. At the top of it it said status followed by stats. She looked at her stats and was surprised since they weren't bad. Actually they were really good.

Strength 4/10

Perception 10/10

Endurance 6/10

Charisma 8/10

Intelligence 9/10

Agility 7/10

Luck 5/10

" Everything other than strength is acceptable and Perception is exceeding everything. Seeing how my stats are I guess I won't be able to fight directly head on but with a well thought out and executed plan. "

Akari looked further down and found starting items.

- 1x M16 (Barrel , stock , grip and magazines are white the rest of the M16 is in the standard black)

- 1x Holographic Sight (White)

- 1x G-5 Torpedo boat

- 1x jacket (the one in the cover)

- 1x white skirt (ends a bit above the knee caps)

" I understand most of it and I am happy that I get guns since my strength skill is low but why do I have a G-5 Torpedo boat? "

Akari looked further down the menu and found her abilitys.

- Illousions: You can hide all your tails and fox ears to make yourselve look human for a certain amount of time. You can hide 8 of your nine tails to look like a normal faunus for an unlimited amount of time but you can't use any other ability.

- System: Buy stuff with money that you find on remnant and summon or store it ( Caution you can only store 500kg. )

- Magic: You can cast spells. Right now you only have the Fireball and lightning spell. Your spells strength is determined by you Intelligence.

" Interresting abilitys but what interrests me even more is that it said the words "remnant" and "faunus" which means that I will go into the rwby universe. I know some of the timeline but as soon as I enter the bigger picture it could change dramatically. "

Akari continued thinking about remnant and it's history.

" It would be best if I stayed away from the main characters first. I will need money to use my system ability anyway so I will be busy getting funds. If I have to hide I would go to the dragon continent since no one lives there.

Akari looks further down the menu and gets to an information sheet.

User is appearence wise 18 and is not going to age since kitsune don't die of old age but be carful since you can be killed through normal means.

" Huh, everything about my appearence is normal. Everything has a normal size, not to large and not to small. "

After Akari made herself familiar with both her new body and her system she closed the menu. After she closed the menu her vision turned white and she woke up in an alleyway. She looked around and saw a fly right in front of her but the strange thing was that the fly was floating. But before she investigated this anomaly she noticed something rather embarassing.

" I'm still naked. "

Akari quickly covered her privat parts and got her clothes out of the system. She put them on and looked bothe ways of the alley to see if anyone saw her naked. Luckily no one seemed to have seen her since no one was here.

Now with clothes on she used her ability to make her ears and tails dissappear.

" If I remember correctly it isn't normal for a faunus to have more than one tail so it is really good to have this ability. Not to mention that the humans basically discriminate against them. "

The strange floating fly. She was about to go and leave the alley but before she had the chance to do so she spotted something. There was a small window of her menu opened saying:

Time paused for preparation.

Akari pressed "No"

" I can use this time to test my two spells. Let's start with... "

Akari decided to test the lightning spell first. She pointed her right hand against one of the walls and said the spell in her mind.

'lightning'

As soon as she said it in her mind a small lightning shot out off her index finger. It was as quick as light and hit with the force of an Armor Piercing round from an Anti Tank rifle.

' Well that can kill a person. I need to be careful with this. '

The next and for now last spell in her arsenal is the fire ball spell which to Akari's surprise came in multible levels.

Fireball: Can be used as a small source of light or heat.

Fireball I: Need a small car burned down? This one can do it.

Fireball II: Set entire Apartment buildings ablaze with this one.

Fireball III: Burns an entire village to the ground.

" Well fuck. Some of them sound like genocide. The lightning spell is nothing against this one. "

Akari decided to just use the weakest on the nearby trash. As soon as the small fireball hit the trash the trash started burning.

After Akari saw the fire grow for a bit she decided that it's time to let time flow again. So she pressed in her menu the continue time button.

The fly started flying around the fire burned more and Akari had the feeling she could get arrested if she stays next to burning trash. She decided to put the Holosight on her M16 and put it on her back.

" Maybe I can go roob a dust store to get a bit of money. There is one right there so why not. "

Akari crossed the street and entered the dust store only to hear a very familiar voice.

" Am I getting robbed? "

Only one person could be this dense and naive and Akari knows she barely avoided a fight with her.

Right in front of Akari was a hodded girl and a couple of thugs.

' What happened to the not getting involved into main story events plan? '

Well this is going to be interresting.
