Chapter 62

Hillary's POV

We're here at Andrei's Tita Luisa's place. Seriously, her house is a mansion! But, Andrei said if there were no maids and guards, only her Tita and her daughter are living here. Well, they got 20 maids and 4 guards all in all. Sobrang laki kasi talaga ng bahay niya.

"Hola, everyone!" I guess this is Miss Luisa. And, wow! She's drop dead gorgeous! Parang 'di tumatanda!

"Hi, Tita," Andrei gave her a peck on her cheek and we also greet her.

"You don't have to worry kasi lahat ng nakatira rito ay Pinoy, hindi kayo mahihirapan," she said. Woah, her voice seems so friendly! "Later on, someone will tour you around, but for now ilagay niyo muna 'yong mga gamit niyo sa kwarto niyo. Tara, nasa second floor 'yong mga guest's room dito."

Sumunod na rin kami sa kaniya. God, parang nakakatakot 'yong stairs, made of glass! Pakiramdam mo mababasag siya any time, eh.

"So, all these rooms are empty, you can choose any room you want," she said, smiling.

Naghanap na rin kami, pero mas pinili ko 'yong malapit lang sa stairs. Sakto namang sa kaharap na kwarto ay 'yon ang pinili ni Sky, great! Tss!

Sina Andrei at Driana ay nakapili na rin ng kwarto. Hindi na rin sila lumayo pa kaya 'yong kwarto ni Driana katabi lang no'ng akin at kay Andrei naman ay katabi no'ng kay Sky.

Pagkababa namin ay inaya niya muna kaming kumain. She prepared foods for us, so tatanggihan pa ba namin?

"Young man, what is your name again?" Miss Luisa asked Sky.

"Sky po, Ma'am," he replied.

"Call me Tita Luisa," she said. "But, your name seems familiar," she added and Sky just smiled at her.

"Hola!" a girl suddenly said—no, a gorgeous girl! I love her eye color, light brown! Iyong kapag nasisinagan ng araw mas lalong tumitingkad! "Sky?" she was surprised seeing him.

Eh, how on earth this girl knew his name?

"Hi, Lovely," Sky greeted...her? Eh?

"Oh, nunca me esperaba que aún me supieras. I mean—"

(Trans: Oh, I never expected you still know me.)

Sky cut her words, "entiendo. It's nice to see you again," he said.

(Trans: I get it.)

"OMG? It's nice to see you, too, Sky!" she's really happy, no doubt.

"Alright, sit down now, Lovely, samahan mo kaming mag-agahan," Tita Luisa interfered. "By the way, she's my daughter, Lovely," she added.

"Hi, everyone, I'm Lovely Herrero," she introduced herself. "Hi there, Andrei Herrero," she said, looking at his cousin, and Andrei just raised his hand to greet her back. "Hi also, Driana, I never expected that I'll see you again," she said, smiling.

"Hi, Love! Akala ko nakalimutan mo na ako," said Driana.

"Why would I? Syempre, matatandaan kita lagi. Ako ba naman 'yong messenger mo dati riyan kay Andrei," she replied and Driana just looked down. Si Sky kain lang nang kain, si Andrei naman bahagyang napayuko at ako ay nakikinig lang habang kumakain. She then looked at me and was about to speak, but someone came.

"Hay mucha gente, qué está pasando?" he asked. Weird, why does he look familiar?

(trans: there are so many people, what's going on?)

"Son mis visitantes de Filipinas. Ven y Únete a nosotros, Dylan," said Tita Luisa.

(Trans: They're my visitors from the Philippines. Come and join us, Dylan.)

"Hi, what's your name again?" Lovely asked me.

"I'm—"

Dylan cut my words, "eres la hermosa dama que vi en el Hotel Ritz Madrid!" he said, pointing me out.

(Trans: You're that beautiful lady I saw at the Hotel Ritz Madrid!)

"Did you meet already?" Lovely asked him.

"Yeah, I saw her already," he replied. And, I'm sorry, but sh*t! Marunong naman pala siyang mag Ingles! No'ng gabing nagkita kami, he should have used English language para naintindihan ko naman 'yong usapan nila, 'di ba? Tss! "And, oh, her boyfriend's here," he added, looking at...Sky?

B-Boyfriend?!

"Boyfriend? Are you in a relationship?" Lovely asked Sky. Actually, hindi lang naman ako ang nagulat halos kaming lahat, except Sky and Tita Luisa.

"I just said that so you will leave," Sky replied, looking at Dylan.

Dylan smiled, "so, you're single, beautiful lady?" he asked me. I nodded, somehow feeling embarrassed. Tsk! "Great!" he added. I continued eating at hindi ko na lang inisip 'yong great na sinabi niya.

But, the fact that Sky told him he's my boyfriend makes me so damn happy!

Wait, kakalimutan ko nga kasi muna 'yong nararamdaman ko para sa kaniya. Tsk!!

"Alright, Miss, what's your name again?" Lovely uttered.

This time sinagot ko na agad baka may dumating na naman, eh. "Hillary," I replied.

"Full name?"

"Hillay Aeiou Gomez."

Dylan suddenly stood up and extended his hand, "hi, Hillary, I'm Dylan Gil," he said.

I am really hesitating to accept his hand, but I did it in the end, "h-hi," I said, trying to give him a real smile.

"That's enough, let's continue eating," said Andrei.

"Hi, Drei!" Dylan greeted him and he just nodded.

Hindi ko alam kung paano akong makakain nang maayos kung dalawang pares ng mata ang kanina pa nakatingin sa'kin. Lovely and Dylan keep on looking at me, and damn, it's really awkward!

Our meal is done. We're now touring around the house at sobra talagang nakakapagod! Ang laki-laki at kung saan-saan kami napupunta! God! Nasa may garden na kami ngayon at bumalik na muna ako sa loob dahil ang sakit na ng paa ko. Joke! I am just bothered with Lovely and Sky. Hindi ko alam kung anong nangyari sa kanila noon, but I'm certain Lovely likes him.

Tsk! Kahit gaano ko pa isipin na kailangan kong iset aside 'yong feelings ko for Sky, lagi ko pa ring naaalala! Tsk, kainis!

I am about to sit on the couch when I saw Dylan watching a football game in the living room. Aalis na lang sana ako when he called me.

"You need something?" he asked and I shook my head too soon. "Are you scared of me?" he added.

Damn! Sinong baliw ang matatakot sa mukhang 'yan? Ang gwapo-gwapo ng nilalang na 'to, eh. Hindi ko lang talaga alam paano ko siya kakausapin. Tsk!

"No," I replied after a second, then I finally sat on the couch in front of him. "I just don't know how to approach you. I'm sorry if you misunderstood my actions," I added.

He smiled so damn wide, and swear, that makes him more handsome, "your speaking voice is so good," he said.

"Will you stop giving me compliments? I'm not used with it."

"Not used of what? People giving you compliments?" I nodded, "come on, we're just telling you the truth, Hillary," he said.

I chuckled, "yeah, fine," I replied.

I don't know how it happened, but we suddenly build a long conversation. It seems like I am talking with Kuya Zeus. He got a lot of words of wisdom like this man. He's also clever and you would easily get comfortable talking with him. 

Sky's POV

While we're enjoying the scenery here in the garden I suddenly noticed something—Hillary's missing. I wonder where she is. Did she get lost? Probably not. So, where is she?

"Hinahanap mo ba si Hillary?" one of the maids who are touring us around suddenly asked me. Hindi pa man ako nakakasagot ay nagsalita na naman siya, "pumasok siya sa loob kani-kanina lang," she said.

I smiled at her, "thank you po," I uttered, then I went inside to look for her. Then, I saw her laughing with Dylan.

Hillary's too friendly now.

Hindi ko na sila nilapitan, I don't want to disturb them. Bumalik na lang ako sa may Garden, then I tried to bring back my liveliness, but sh*t, I no longer can do it!

Sh*t, Sky! What the hell is wrong with you?!
