Witness?!?

"Umm, Dad?"Anna suddenly said.

"Hmm!" He replied.

"Where did you hide the corpse?"Anna asked.

"Yeah, a good question, in the refrigerator," he replied with a slight smile.

"Huh?"Anna gasped.

"So tell me, where is Mary's dead body?"He asked.

"No, no, dad, please don't do this to her.She did stab me in the back, but no one deserves that kind of thing after death."Anna pleaded.

"Dear..." He began, but Anna interrupted him and said,"I want her to have a proper funeral, or else I won't tell you where she is or what quite happened."

"You do know a thing or two about blackmailing."Her dad said.

"Dad, I am serious."She said.

"I respect your wish and will arrange it, but not because of the threat. You must know how well capable I am of finding out all about it and the corpse on my own, but because the first real murder is hard and you did it on your own let's do as you wish at least for now." He said.

"OK, so there is another thing I must tell you. ummm, wellll someone might have seen me doing it because I thought I saw a shadow admist the trees."Anna stuttered.

"ANNA!"He yeld as she backed away slowly. A guy came and pulled out a chair for him, and he sat with head in his hand. The guy was Sephr, the most trustworthy man in his army. Sephr stood by his side and looked at Anna in a blank expression. but Anna could read his eyes. He was scared and surprised at her foolishness. He knew that no one could do it perfectly on their first try, but this big of a blunder was something. Anna lowered her head, and her legs felt jiggly like she could fall any second now.She gave in and fell on her knees. She had not expected this. She thought it would be nothing serious, but judging by the look on their faces, she thought that she had done something irreversible.

Her father then looked at her again and asked, "So was it in the forest."

"Yes!" Anna said ,"and I am really sorry."

"Okay, Sephr, let's go."He ignored the apologetic Anna on the ground and walked past her towards the door.

Anna shook her head and stood up. No wonder there were about 5 to 6 refrigerators in their house and about 25 in office that are replaced weekly.

That night, the funeral for Mary was held, and the only relative from Mary's family came was her mom. She was told that Mary was stabbed by the sharp statue while playing. It was the best lie that could have caused them out of trouble, but the mysterious witness was never found. Annas father warned her to stay alert and gave her the script, which included her fake introduction and fake family information and identities. Anna was the first one to ruin their ceremony from all her siblings. Her sister, who was a judge, was always successful in making sure she made her father win. Her other sister was in America handling the whole branch their and her third sister was in medical, always making sure the injured stayed alive and got well under her supervision. Only she was the disastrous one. This was the reason she had to change school and go to LGS, with a brand new herself. Anna then made friends with Hazy. Hazy was really kind to her and was the first one to declare their official best friendship. Hazy was a really nice and sweet person, loved by teachers and sometimes an ideal student. She was kind to everyone. She had told Anna everything about herself, but how much of it was true was the real question. Hazy herself was supposed to be selective about who can be trusted and who can not, so to avoid that, she also had to live as other person.
