A journey in black clover

The story revolves around a boy named Tobias. He was raised by three good bandits and as the latter hit 15, he went out to receive his first Grimoire thus a new journey begins. ............ This will be an ‘AU', so there will be some changes, nothing major though. English is my 4th language in other words it's terrible. I don't recommend anybody to read this novel unless you have nothing to read. I just want to improve my writing skills. ............. The cover is not mine, I just added yuta in this pic, and here is the original pic of yuta https://pin.it/5ldP4hD. If the owner wants me to remove it, I will do it as soon as possible.

Milk problem solved.

The blue sky was dotted with fluffy white clouds that drifted lazily in the gentle breeze, and the dappled sun shone through the Sosshi village, creating shadows of houses and trees.

Kids were playing all around the village, filling it with joyful waves of laughter and creating a spectacular scene.

Tiny specks of dust seemed to dance in the shaft of sunlight that slanted through the windows of Drake's house.

Krr-klick...thump*

Resting in his bedroom, Drake heard the opening and closing sound of the door, causing his drowsy eyes to open. He sighed, looking up at the wooden ceiling above him.

'I can't sleep at all,' Drake sat up and rubbed his eye, stretched out his hands, and yawned. He looked around his room one last time before getting up from his bed.

Wearing a white A-shirt and black trousers, he opened the door and heard an enthusiastic voice of Sid from the living room.

"Who could have thought that the roasted boar would taste so good. I'm dying from the aftertaste."

"Roasted boar was the best," Blaze muttered, agreeing with Sid.

"Oye!, why didn't you two idiots invite me?" Drake stepped out of his room and grumbled, looking at Sid and Blaze who had returned to his normal form. Two of them were sitting on a wooden chair with satisfied smiles on their face.

"Seihi said, you weren't feeling feel, so we decided not to bother you," Blaze replied as Sid also nodded in agreement.

"Fine," Drake rolled his eyes in annoyance, even if the two of them were right, he was not buying it.

Stepping forward, he reached beside Sid and looked into his eyes as if he was speaking something through them.

Sid winked before opening his grimoire, then used his wood magic to create a simple chair for Drake.

"Where is Tobi?" Drake asked, his brows narrowing as he gazes at Sid and Blaze.

" Take it easy! Tobi is sleeping in my room," Sid said, gesturing his hands up and down to reassure him that Tobi is fine.

"And we don't have to worry about milk, Seihi said that neighbourhood lady will help us," Sid added.

"Thank her for me," Drake sat on the chair and said in his usual deep accent before crossing his arms.

"So, How was your meeting with him?" Drake asked.

"To sum it up, it was good," Blaze opined as he closed his eyes, recalling the fresh memories of meat, he ate in Seihi's house followed by the approval of Sid.

"What about his request?" hearing Drake's question both of them raised their eyebrows in surprise and showed a hint of confusion on their faces.

"No, he didn't tell us about any request," Sid replied, as a matter of fact, nothing significant occurred between them. They only had a light talk about the past 5 years, and that's all.

"Drake, would you mind elaborating? what happened between you two?" Blaze asked, smirking at him as if there were no other option besides telling him about his interaction with Seihi.

'What could it be?' Sid wondered, rubbing his chin with his right hand.

"It's nothing complicated, he just wants us to help him fight those monsters if they ever decided to attack this village," Drake explained.

"You mean those unknown magical beasts?" Drake nodded in response to Sid's question.

"Those beasts are something else... two-headed birds capable of producing lighting strong enough to destroy a boulder, a Three-headed dog that can spew fire and even a 7 feet tall muscular bull with a human body...AGHHH!...I AM SO JEALOUS!" Blaze lost his composure as soon as he mention the strange bull creature. He gritted his teeth, fire burning in his eyes.

That creature, or minotaur, as the citizens call it, is his worst nightmare. When he first saw a minotaur 5 months ago, he was overwhelmed just by looking at his muscular build. The muscle, the height, everything was just perfect.

After that day, he became so envious that he even developed a spell that can increase the size of a muscle to large extent and can also change its shape as he wants.

Sid sighed and Drake face-palmed at Blaze's behaviour, Blaze always lost his composuer when it comes to those minotaurs.

"Did you agree?" Sid inquired, looking at Drake, ignoring the existence of Blaze.

"I wanted to, but something got in the way, so I took some time off," Drake said, shaking his head, his voice carrying a bit of regret.

"Ahem... it's ok, we can tell him later," Blaze clears his throat, grabbing the attention of the two before commenting. He returned to his usual self.

Drake nodded, but a question arose in his mind as the latter couldn't help but muttered, "I wonder, how the hell did this village survive till now?"

"It's Acier Silvia...she was the one who protected this village from those unknown magical beasts, she left 1 month ago, sources said she is pregnant," Sid explained causing a surprised expression to form on Drake's face.

"That name!."

"yeah, she is the captain of Silver Eagles and on top of that, she is from a renowned noble family," Sid stated and smiled, seeing Drake's surprised face. Sid was also stunned when the heard the name from Seihi.

Never had they ever thought that a noble would protect a village of this no-low status, and from what he heard, she protected all the villages that existed in the forsaken realm from the unknown magical beasts.

..... 💤

..... 💤

Just as Sid and Drake were thinking about Acier Silva, both of them heard a loud snoring sound as they turned their head and glanced at Blaze, who was sleeping in the chair.

"His snoring is annoying, I am going back to my room," Drake grumbled before getting up from the chair and going back to his room without even looking back.

Sid also stood up and stretch out his hands before yawning. He looked at Blaze and snapped his finger, causing a large serpent made of wood to materialise.

"Take him to his room," Sid ordered the wooden serpent. It nodded in response to Sid's remarks before raising its tail, warping Blaze onto it, taking him to his room.

"Sigh...all done, now the rest is to sleep," Sid hummed a song as he walks to his room and slumped into the bed.

Later in the evening

The sun cast long shadows on the ground. The slanting rays of the setting sun gave a warm orange tinge to the sky its like the sky was ablaze with the fire of the setting sun.

Uwahhhhhh...Uwahhhhh*

Inside the trio's house, a screaming shriek could be heard. It was so loud that even their neighbour could hear them.

Inside Sid's room, Blaze stood opposite Sid's bed with a naked upper body, doing various poses showing biceps, abs and many more.

"Look at it, Tobi!, your uncle's bulging muscles, abs and biceps! how? do you like it?" Blaze asked with a smug smile, hoping Tobi would stop crying and adore him, but it didn't work, instead, Tobi's cry became even louder.

*creak...

Blaze stood there in a daze, motionless, as if he had turned into a stone with many creaks on it.

"Blaze, you jerk! I told you to do some funny poses not to scare him off with your shittty muscles," Sid yelled in anger. He was having a hard time listening to the ear-splitting cry, and Blaze made it worse.

'wait!..maybe my muscle is not big enough,' Blaze thought, quickly brightening up.

"Pathetic," But then he heard a solemn voice and knew it was Drake.

"The neighbour is ready," Drake stated. He didn't even enter the room.

"Thank God," Sid sighed in relief. He quickly took Tobi in his arms and left.

"Aren't you being a little too harsh on a kid?" Blaze retorted as he looked at him. Calling a baby pathetic is a little too much.

"You misunderstood, The one who is pathetic is you, hahaha."
