After arranging the breakfast on the dinning table, Grace hurried out but in the corridor, she still met Jace and wondered what he was still doing there.
"Excuse me sir, I need to head to my room so I can freshen up before Charles comes down for breakfast," she said.
"Mmm," Jace said. "But I want to talk to you first."
Grace brow furrowed in confusion. "Why? I mean, are there any instructions you want to give?"
"Yes. Don't take Charles to school today. I want you both to stay at home then later in the day, the driver will bring you to the company."
The furrow between Grace's brows deepened. "I don't understand sir," she managed to say.
"What don't you understand?" Jace asked patiently. "I know my cousin might want to check you up in school and I don't want a repeat of yesterday's incident," he explained.
