As Grace got ready to leave with Charles, Faye looked up from her work. "Let me walk you to the car," Faye offered.

Knowing the reason behind Faye's suggestion, Grace instantly turned down the offer. "You still have work to do, Faye, don't worry about me. I've told you I am not affected by the news."

Since Grace was not really a staff, she didn't have to stay back after class but always went home with Charles the same time the other kids were leaving, so Faye was the one that tidied up.

And that was the major reason why Grace decided to help out by coming earlier in the mornings to arrange the activities of the day before Faye arrived.

"I'll still see you off," Faye insisted as she dusted her hands, then walked to the door where Grace was standing with Charles.

Seeing that Faye would not give up, Grace shrugged. "Alright, you can come along. But just so you know, I can handle anything."
