That night, Lori went to sleep holding her parents' pinky fingers. Her right hand held Richard's little finger, while her left held Anxia's. Since hearing that some bad people were targeting her mother, Lori became uncommunicative and smiled less as she was afraid her parents would disappear when she woke up.
It took hours for Richard and Anxia to calm Lori before the girl fell asleep due to exhaustion. And that, too, she refused to sleep if she couldn't hold her parents' finger.
