A Harry Potter fanfic - Magical me - Technical scholar & the magical world

Yes, dear readers its a story about a technical scholar who is a little different from your average john doe. He is ambitious, cunning and fuckin prideful. Harry will be his right hand and he is adamant on making voldi his slave. Normal scholar makes his entry to Harry Potter world to stir the shit up. I will write later ;-). Let me write some first.

The Burrow

He kept going on in the forest. Strange thing was that he didn't find any animals , not even birds. This might be a good thing for him but not necessarily. As this also point to the possibility of forest having a powerful being due to which others avoid this area or they are already hunted till extinction by that being.

Well, either way it was a good thing, as he didn't encounter any problems during his journey. It has been hours since he started walking. He has eaten some dry food in between a few times. But he still can't see the end of the forest. But he hasn't any other option, does he?

So, he kept his cool and kept walking attentively.

It was evening. Sun was about to set. There was still some time till sunset, so it was still bright. Finally, he could see the trees getting sparse. There was a open and vast field after the forest.

Pamla came out of the edge of the forest. And he could see the field. He was happy. He doesn't have to spend his night in the forest. As he looked further, he could make out a structure in the middle of the field.

The Burrow was located on the outskirts of Ottery St Catchpole, a small village located in Devon, England. It was so well hidden that a muggle would had doubted that the postman even knew it existed. Nestled amongst rolling hills and fertile meadows, other wizarding families in the area included the Diggorys, the Lovegoods and the Fawcetts. The building itself might once have been an old stone pigpen, which had several crooked stories attached to it. Four or five chimneys dotted the roof of the house, and the entire building was most likely held up by magic due to its crazy construction.

The Burrow was the family home of the Weasley family. It was a thoroughly magical dwelling that became a second home to Harry Potter. But Pamla did not know that the structure ahead of him in this vast field is the Weasley's home, ''Burrow'', at least not yet.

[POV - Pamla]

I can see in the distance that there is some form of structure. Hopefully a residence of a good wizard family. And not a an abandoned house. Lets hope it is not some dark wizard's secret hideout.

I went towards the structure. I tried to move towards the front of the seemingly wizard house. As I came closer, I can see .... wow!! Its the Weasley's home.

[POV - General]

It looked as though it had once been a large stone pigpen, but extra rooms had been added here and there until it was several stories high and so crooked it looked as though it were held up by magic (which, Pamla reminded himself, it probably was). Four or five chimneys were perched on top of the red roof. A lopsided sign stuck in the ground near the entrance read, the burrow. Around the front door lay a jumble of rubber boots and a very rusty cauldron. Several fat brown chickens were pecking their way around the yard.

The Burrow had a small yard at the front of the house, with a garage that stored flying Ford Anglia and Muggle artefacts, and a chicken coop that housed the family's chickens. The back garden contained a stone outhouse that the Weasleys had converted into a broom shed, and the Weasley children keep their broomsticks in the building during their time at home.

Behind the main house was a large, overgrown garden with a pond full of frogs. The garden was home to a large number of gnomes; the Weasleys had to regularly de-gnome the garden by throwing them over the hedge.

[POV-Pamla]

I walked towards the front gate. As I walked towards the house, I felt as though i have passed through something. So, I walked back again, and i again felt as if I passed through a membrane. But I cannot see any membrane. I can't see anything through which I could have passed. Its probably the wards of the house. But why can I feel them? Maybe the Weasley's have not spend much effort on making the wards unnoticeable. I think I should not repeatedly feel this ward by stepping in and out. It might be the same situation of ringing the bell repeatedly, back in the muggle world. I still feel weird every time I use this word. I still can't believe I am in the wizarding world. Can I be considered muggle? Maybe I am a muggle as long as I am not magical.

[General - POV]

While Pamla was busy feeling the wards. In the Burrow, in the kitchen, a red haired plump woman was washing the dishes when she felt that someone has entered the wards. So she looked outside the window and saw a young man walking to and fro in front of her home. She was alert at first but when she saw the young man doing such a ridiculous thing, her concerned were lowered a little.

( Pamla POV)

I was just about to stop myself from making a fool out of myself in front of the Weasley house because I knew that I have alerted the wards already and anytime someone may come pointing a wand at me. So, I stopped and took a step forward, when....

A plump red haired woman appeared a few metres in front of me. She was of fair color. Her height seemed to be 5"3' or maybe 5"4'. Her eyes were bright brown. Her age seems to be old enough to be my mother. Overall she was portrait of a mother through and through.

I wasn't surprised as i was expecting a Weasley to find me soon. And Molly Weasley seems to be the best person in my situation. I just have to trigger her motherly instincts and I will be set.

Thanks for staying with this boring story so far!!??
