Chapter 10. SHOWDOWN

Akio was sitting alone in the wood workhouse. Shiroku was looking at him from a distance. Asaha came to Shiroku and said -

Uncle shiroku, there's something I want to tell you.

Shiroku - tell me kid.

Asaha - some days before, grandpa gave me a letter. He said that after his demise, I should give the letter to Akio.

Shiroku - then go ahead son, give it to him.

Asaha - I burned the letter the day I took it from grandpa.

Shiroku - Are you mad or what , how could you do that.

Asaha - I didn't feel right to give Akio the letter.

Shiroku - What the hell was in that letter that you didn't find good for Akio to hand him over.

Asaha - Let me tell you...

When Chibi came back to Oshima, He went to the volcano for a survey. He was standing calm in the place and was looking at the view and a man from behind said,

"many things have began and ended here" Chibi turned back and saw, it was Eito.

Chibi - hey old man , how have you been.

Eito - Pretty good.

Chibi - lemme guess, You came here all alone kill me. Am I right?

Eito - No, I just want you to keep your business out of Oshima.

Chibi - Is that all you want.

Eito - Yeah, Do this first and last favor on me.

Chibi - Favor. ??? Big words huhh old man.

Eito - I also want you to stay away from Akio.

Chibi - Now we are talking.

Eito - please don't involve Akio in this.

Chibi - chill chill oldie. It's not about Akio. It never was. It's just that I wanna kill him because He is depressed for now. But when he will able to handle himself, he will find me and try to kill me. And im tired of this cat and mouse game now. I just wanna end it once and for all. I will just rip his head off from his body. Hearing that much. Eito lost his temper and Attacked Chibi with rock on his head.

After continuously hitting him , Chibi passed out. Eito tied him to a huge rock with a rope and threw him in the ocean.

After hearing this shiruko went in complete shock.

Asaha - now tell me. Should I tell him or not.

Shiroku - All he did was to make Akio secure. Anyone could have done it for his loved one. I too don't think its alright for Akio to know it. This secret will forever be with us asaha. Promise me.

Asaha - I promise you uncle.

Asaha went back to his home. Shiroku went towards Akio and sat with him.

Shiruko - Missing Eito ?

Akio - (wiping tears) yeahhh

Shiruko - I can't take his place, i know very well. But I can make some good rice balls. Akio smiled. Shiroku kept his hand on Akio's shoulders. Asaha and Arata smiled from distance.

A few months later.

Early morning, Shiroku was fishing at the shore. Suddenly he saw huge ships coming towards Oshima. He shouted his lungs out and called out for Akio.

Akio, with his other two friends came to the shore. He said-

"Bring my Axe".
