"Don't you move any closer!"
Finally, when Mark was nearing close enough to the scene of the kidnapping, the men took notice of him. Immediately, they tried to stop Mark from getting any closer to them, however, even with their guns pointing at his direction, Mark still continued without even stopping or hesitating.
'Is he deaf?'
'Is he blind?'
'He's crazy!'
The men couldn't believe what they saw in front of them, and were almost hesitating to pull the triggers. Nonetheless, that hesitation was only short lasted, because of their criminal nature and their natural tasks as a criminal. Clearly, none of those men were beginners, since it is obvious that they were all willing to get rid of obstacles that try to interfere in their path.
Perhaps it was because of luck. But, that's exactly what made the next act of Mark terrifying…
