Days have passed and its finally the weekend has come. Irene had been fidgeting because of nervousness.

I already told the chipmunks that we are going on a trip to see their Grandparents and they got excited and were elated about it.

I held Irene's hand to assure her that everything is going to be fine. I started packing up long lasting goods I bought from the system. I have already told the regulars that I would be gone for over a week or more because I will find some rare ingredients and add them to the menu. Hearing my reason, the regulars didn't know whether to be glad that there's going to be something new in the menu or sad because they won't be able to eat my food and would have to find another restaurant to eat for next week.

After packing everything up, I put them in my inventory. Irene wasn't the least bit suspicious about it because my magic is related to space, cooking, and gravity.

I then called Fenrir to bring us to the borders of Fiore because we need to travel to Minstrel and ride a ship there to Caelum.

The chipmunks were having fun riding Fenrir's back. Fenrir, over the course of a few weeks, has grown a lot, towering at almost two story house already. When we reached the borders, we jumped down and rode the carriage I bought yesterday and parked it outside the borders and had Fenrir's underlings protect the horses.

We started travelling towards minstrel as we passed by Fiore's gates. Some of the soldiers recognized me as a pained expression appeared on their face because they won't be able to eat food that their comrades bought from my tavern as take-out foods.

I smiled wryly at them as I gave all the identification papers and requirements I need to enter Fiore.

I then paid someone to take care of the carriage as we rode south with our horses. Erza is with Irene while Kagura and Pitou were with me.

We continued travelling without taking a break as Irene enchanted featherfoot on the horses so that they would run faster and rejuvenation so that they wouldn't easily run out of stamina.

In a span of a single day of non-stop travelling, we reached Minstrel and rented an inn to eat and to rest for the night.

The next morning, I started asking the locals where the port is and headed that way to ask if there's a boat bound to leave to Caelum and what time it would leave.

When I reached the port, there are plenty of fisherman selling seafood in stalls. I asked a guard in the port, if there is a boat that would leave for Caelum and to my luck, there are two boats that would go to Caelum, one is bound to leave in the afternoon while the other would leave at night.

Since we were in kind of a hurry, I decided to ask about the afternoon boat and where would I pay for the fare. The guard showed me the way and the procedures to board the ship and I completed them and bought tickets.

Minstrel were always visited by the tourists because of their unique wares and their huge ports that travelled all over the seas of Earth Land.

I returned back to the inn and saw the kids playing in the backyard before telling Irene about it, making her more nervous by the second.

In medieval times, marriage is a sacred ritual and a tradition. Marriage between two people needs to be approved by the parents of both parties. Since Irene's parents have long since passed away, I won't be able to get their consent for Irene's hand. Its not the case though for Irene, she would have to visit my parents and gain their recognition to be recognized as my fiancee and finally be wedded officially while taking an oath and swear to the Gods, or the Gods would curse the marriage with unhappiness and betrayal.

That is the reason as to why Irene is so nervous about meeting my parents.

I repeatedly calm her down but she just wouldn't stop fidgeting. Remembering a trick from Yukihira Souma, I tried it to Irene to calm her down.

"Irene. Irene! Look at me. Why don't you clasp your hands for a second?" I said as Irene reluctantly clasped her shaking hands in a prayer position.

*Slap*

I clapped the both sides of her hand simultaneously and a loud slap sound resounded in the room. Even with her thick dragon skin, she sill felt the stinging sensation because of my body upgraded with gourmet cells.

Seeing the trick worked, I finally beamed a smile towards Irene.

"Finally calmed down?" I said and she finally realized that her hands stopped shaking.

"I told you that everything will all be fine." I said with confidence as it affected Irene as she slowly started having confidence on herself.

'You need to tough it out. Irene, come on! Get a grip on yourself! For your daughter... and the love of your life.' Irene thought as she felt like the luckiest woman for having someone like Noctis in her life.

The hours passed by and soon its time to leave for Caelum, I presented the required papers aa the guard let us pass through as we boarded the boat. We placed down some food in our cabin which is the biggest room the boat had to offer for a reasonable price. I also brought with me, a portable stove I bought from the system. After putting everything down the chipmunks due to boredom asked me to play a song for them so I took out my violin and closed my eyes to focus before playing some classical music. (If you are into Jpop for a change, I recommend Ao no Tatsu by Mrs. Green Apple)

The music traveled the air as the kids started dancing along the tune as they expressed themselves while Irene joined them in dancing with the traditional dance she was taught back in Dragnof Kingdom. The kids seeing their mother dance with them tried to copy her movements as they stumbled before giggling at themselves.

We were enjoying ourselves when the boat started rocking back and forth, scaring the chipmunks. I calmed the kids down while Irene went out to check what's wrong outside the the cabin.

Irene saw that they were being rocked by a giant octopus as the adventurers in the boat started fending off the tentacles

Irene felt angry at the octopus for ruining her recreational time with her daughters as she started casting enchantment onto herself and gathered her magic power into the tip of her index finger before firing it accurately at the head of the octopus effectively killing it as the beam exploded at the sea floor. The crowd started cheering for their saviour but they saw that the beautiful scarlet haired lady is already gone and had already come back to their cabin.

After that, no more trouble came towards the boat and we reached Caelum the next morning.

I rented an inn and as always, I head out to gain information about the place. Caelum is a a little bit advanced than medieval era Kingdom but a little lacking than Lucis Kingdom in terms of technology.

In comparison to Minstrel, the citizens of Caelum are wary of tourists because many tourists came to steal their technology but due to the failsafe system that was placed to safeguard their technology they always failed and finally gave up.

I told them I'm not here for their unique wares but visiting an old friend of mine.

I kept on listening to the stories from the citizen's mouth and have learned that they are waiting for the Crown Prince because the King has became weak and I know the reason why.

The physical burden of supplying the walls with magic is becoming hard for my father right now. Looks like we need to leave sooner.

For some reason I haven't heard of any news about Somnus, my little brother. It doesn't matter, I'm gonna go back and learn about it anyway.

In the memory fragment, the skyship always leave every 3 hours and there is only less than an hour to 9 AM before the skyship will arrive at the skyport. The skyship will only give 15 minutes boarding time to the passengers before leaving.

I told Irene about it as we immediately left for the skyport. When we arrived there, the skyship had just landed. I also know the proper procedures as I showed them all the legal documents and finally stamped a ticket for us.

Irene on the other hand, steeled herself to face all of the problems that will come her way, no, she was wrong, Noct and her would face all the problems that would come their way together as she held her husband's hand tightly.

I squeezed her hand back and gave her a smile to let her know that I'm standing by her side.
