"He kissed her in front of the whole office, and Jack was there too," Alex told Patricia.
"He what, and what did Jack do?" she asked.
"He was gone when I pulled away from the kiss," Tatiana said.
"But that is bold of Steve, he likes you," Patricia said.
"Yes but I told him not to do it again, I wasn't prepared or wanted that kiss. I felt like I was forced to be kissed" she said.
"And what did he say?"
"He apologized and said he was just excited. But I know he didn't it to show Jack he wasn't giving up".
"I guess the war has started" Patricia laughed.
"There is no war 'cause Jack will never be in my life again" Tatiana got up and left.
...
Tatiana had agreed with Gabriel's grandparents to let him spend a weekend with him. She had agreed cause they had the right to see him and Gabriel only had them as live grandparents.
She drove to their place, "Honey you need to behave and be a good boy. Don't give your grandparents a hard time" she said.
"Yes mommy" he replied.
Finally arriving she saw Jack at the door waiting with his parents. Gabriel opened the door and his father walked up a d picked him up.
"Papa" he hugged his neck.
"Son, I missed you," he said.
"Missed you " he kissed his father's cheek.
He turned walked to his parents and jumped into their arms instantly, "Grandpa, grandma missed you " he yelled.
They laughed, "We missed you to grandson". They waved at Tatiana and walked in with him.
Tatiana laughed, "he didn't even say goodbye, he must be excited," she said.
Jack gazed back at her with a smile, "Yeah he is, he must have wanted to see them again"
She handled his clothes and other things he might need.
"In case of anything you can call me," she said.
He formed, "You're not staying with us?"
"No, I have somewhere else to be, me and the girls are going out," she said.
"Okay have fun," he said.
"You seemed happy that am going away," she said.
"No am just happy you're going with your friends, you have been through a lot so it's good for you" he laughed.
"Okay am off" she smiled. But she knew he was happy cause it wasn't with Steve.
He waved at her as she left.
