Unpredictable Ryuu Strikes Again

After the deal was made, Hermes used his divinity to allow him and his new 'ally' to teleport to a mansion inside Orario.

They expected the surprises to end here, However, they were quickly proven wrong when Ryuu stepped fully into the world and something unexpected occurred.

As Mana swirled chaotically around him, Ryuu felt his [Mana Core] shatter into a thousand pieces. This not only caused him unbearable physical pain, but also elicited a deep cry of anguish. it was a devastating event for Ryuu.

"What the f*ck!?" Ryuu screamed in his mind as he found himself in a perilous situation again, just a few hours after recovering.

Naturally, he was not the only one who was shocked. Hermes, who felt the tremendous waves of foreign energy emanating from Ryuu, equivalent to roughly a level 6, immediately grew alert. The sudden and unexpected nature of the event caught both Ryuu and Hermes off guard, causing them to react with shock and disbelief.

While Ryuu silently writhed in agony, Hermes sought of a way to help him...

Fortunately, it quickly became apparent that Hermes' efforts to help Ryuu were not needed, as the pain Ryuu felt began to subside after a few seconds. He could feel his body returning to a normal state. Despite the intensity of the situation, his body seemed to be healing itself.

In fact, deep changes could be seen to the naked eye.

Before Ryuu stepped into the real world, Hermes observed him with surprise and wonder. Ryuu had two huge crimson horns that seemed to release shocking waves of power, a sight no one in the current world could easily possess.

His entire body was also covered in a layer of faint scales, leading Hermes to believe that Ryuu was not a human, but rather a higher species that used humans as their spiritual form.

However, after Ryuu entered the real world, his horns and scales retracted, revealing fair skin that many humans would likely envy and despise. Ryuu's physical appearance underwent a stunning transformation as his Dragon traits were sealed.

His eyes shone like bright blue jewels, his hair flowed like a river of ink, and his face was chiseled and handsome. His muscles were defined and toned, giving him the appearance of a Greek God. Ryuu's appearance was so breathtaking that it left Hermes speechless.

He couldn't believe the dramatic change occurred before his eyes, and he couldn't help but wonder what other amazing abilities and qualities the being standing before him possessed…

As he watched it unfold before him, Hermes was deeply interested in understanding what was happening.

This was an anomaly that he had never witnessed before, as no being from the 'Outer' had ever stepped inside the [Barrier]...

While he stared intently at Ryuu, Hermes also took action to seal the mansion to prevent the enormous commotion from affecting the outside world. Meanwhile, Ryuu felt his power diminishing from the [OVERLORD] rank to almost a normal Mortal.

Initially, the sight of his mana being absorbed by his physical body had filled him with despair. However, as he abandoned his panic and fears and observed the process with greater care, he realized that his physique was being strengthened, rather than weakened.

If that wasn't already enough, He was overwhelmed with joy as he witnessed a new Mana Core forming, but this time it was not a traditional core. Instead, it was a mysterious pattern that was too profound for him to fully understand at his current level.

"You really know how to surprise a God who has lived for millennia."

Normally, he can maintain his sense of humor and lightheartedness in any situation, but in the presence of this being, even after realizing he is not a 'threat', he cannot shake off his unease.

Hermes was not wrong. Ryuu, as petty as he is, knew that he couldn't win in a fight against the overpowered God whose strength he could not even begin to comprehend. The only way he could seek revenge for what happened in the [White World] was to tease Hermes as much as possible.

He questioned whether he was making the right decision, but he knew better than to ask the shocked "youth" in front of him, who grinned wickedly at his words.

"What can I say, I'm not a mighty Dragon for nothing. The Heavens took pity on me because I was too ordinary before!"

This comment almost made Hermes cough up blood in sheer anger, but on his face, his smile barely cracked for a millisecond before nothing else could be seen on his face, however, that was enough for the ridiculous being in front of him.

"It seems ''Hermes-sama'' is a bit irritated?"

How could Hermes still not understand?. Seeing that Ryuu was so stubborn in continuing to tease him, Hermes couldn't help but sigh in defeat.

"I've already apologized once, but it seems you still can't forget about it. How about it? When the time comes, I'll lend you my help unconditionally once. That is the biggest bargain I can offer you in the hope of making you further understand that I am sincerely sorry. I'll also get some girls if that might help to cool your head a bit"
