Behave Like Someone Your Age

Sheila sat in front of the paper with her trembling hands as she tried to draw. The images in her mind were clear, but her hands couldn't transfer them to the paper. Around her, her classmates watched.

"Is that... is that an arm?" one asked, frowning. "It looks weird."

"Yeah, I thought it would be better," another child added, with a disappointed grimace.

Sheila tried to concentrate more, but the pressure was overwhelming for her.

From time to time, a classmate would come closer to see what she was doing, which made her even more nervous. Others continued working on their own, but each comment and look made her feel smaller.

'What do I do...?' Sheila thought worriedly.

Finally, after several attempts, Sheila managed to make some progress on the drawing. The arm she had drawn was beginning to resemble what it should be, and for a moment, she felt a glimmer of relief.
