Miyako and Asahi walk down a road towards a museum, Miyako no longer dressed in a red yukata.
The area was still quite noisy with large amounts of people walking around.
Miyako looked at Asahi awkwardly.
Asahi looked at her as well when they reached an intersection, "oh... are you still bothered by that?" Miyako looked forwards and nodded, "it's still my fault for it happening... now that I've had more time to think about it since yesterday, it doesn't feel right." Asahi places a hand on his forehead, "ouch... well you might be correct."
Before the light turned green, Asahi wanted to speak to Miyako more.
"Why don't we talk like nothing's happened?" The light turns green, "that's impossible." She whispered silently with her chin down.
Once at the front of the museum, they looked around the outside before going inside.
"What were we going to do here again?" Asahi reaches into his pocket taking out his phone.
"I wanted to look at some things." Miyako spoke whilst trying to keep her composure.
"Have you visited this museum before?"
"A few years ago I did..."
Asahi sees an old sword dating back to 8000 years ago, its scabbard beside it very clean despite its age, Miyako walks around staring at the bones of an long extinct animal.
She thinks about the present day animals and how the extinct ones would feel like compared side to side so she sneakily took a picture and quickly tucked her phone away.
She walks over to Asahi.
"Did you see anything you liked?"
"It was interesting to see an old sword used by someone famous in the past I suppose."
"You suppose?" She felt belittled, "I guess you wouldn't understand then."
Asahi looked back at the sword and back at Miyako then asked her what she thought as well, "the bones are so big." Asahi looked at her and then the bones confusedly, "is that it?"
As Asahi wanders around the museum more, a souvenir shop catches his eye, he feels that he should buy something.
He entered the shop. "It's quite cute.." He stared in silence.
He looked around thoroughly in the shop which made the person working at the counter uncomfortable, after awhile he grabs a souvenir of an extinct animal's skeletal structure.
The cashier was about to call him out for it before he realised Asahi was just browsing through the items as he went up to the counter holding out his wallet.
While Asahi exits the shop, he sees a familiar looking person in the shop at the isle next to him, he ignores it and goes to look for Miyako.
After searching for a while, he finally found Miyako outside the souvenir shop waiting for him after he'd went around the museum another time in search of her.
She seemed to be putting something into her bag.
As they leave the museum, rain starts falling on their heads and they panic.
Fumbling down the stairs they cover their heads with whatever they could and made their way to their hotel.
Rushing into the hotel drenched in water, they quickly went back to their room on the second floor.
After they dried themselves up with towels, Miyako started sniffing her nose slightly, "did you get a cold?" Asahi questioned the now red nosed Miyako, "I think so, it'll get better by tomorrow, how about you?" Asahi checked himself to make sure he didn't feel sick anywhere.
"I'm fine, you need to get some rest I'll make the plan for tomorrow and go to sleep after." Both of them hadn't slept in nearly a day since visiting Miyako's parents.
"I'll help you with tha-" Miyako was cut short by Asahi blurting out, "no, you need to get some rest, we might lose time we don't have if you don't get better." Asahi soon realised what he'd said and didn't continue further, "go take a shower, I'll go later."
Miyako looked disappointed and went into the bathroom.
Asahi was worried about Miyako the whole night and could barely sleep after making the plans for the next day from a suggestion Miyako had made earlier that day during their visit to the museum.
"Why don't we go to a zoo?"
"To a zoo.. weird." Asahi suddenly remembered a question Miyako asked him earlier that day as well, "she sounded strange when I asked her if she'd visited the museum before and when I replied to her question when she asked if there was anything I liked."
"She sounded... sad, but I'm probably just overthinking it. She sounds sad most of the time anyway."
When he finally went to sleep, he twisted and turned in bed, he thought of what was going to happen on the last day of the week, he had finally gotten what he always wanted, but it would be gone in a few days.
He realised he had to experience a lifetime of joy in a week, but would he really be satisfied with only just seven days?
Later in the morning, Miyako woke up and stretched, she looked over at Asahi on the other bed and saw his eyes were shut hard.
She felt Asahi was stressed after last night so she peered over to look at his face better and saw him biting his lip, as if he were experiencing a traumatic moment.
Light rays shined throughout, a relaxing green spread through the entire room, Asahi's expression softened and his body relaxed, Miyako sitting beside him on his bed, patting his head gently and brushing her hand against his hair.
Asahi woke up and saw a bright green image of a flower in a field of grass, he felt Miyako's hand combing through his hair like a gentle breeze in the wind, a warm sensation in his body.
It reminded him of the past feelings and experiences he's had, a new longing arose in his mind, would he really be satisfied with only five more days of it?
He sat up to face Miyako, her face expressed a warm emotion, a happy expression looking down at him, she steadied herself before taking her hand off his head, "do you feel better?" Asahi thanked her. "A lot better, are you feeling better too?" Miyako breathed in loudly to show her improved health and a wide smile. "Shall we go to our next destination?"
