Reaching the Training Grounds

Had the heavens been punishing Devotion for learning something he shouldn't have? That was a possible theory, but still didn't tell Devotion much. After all, he had made lots of guesses about lots of things. It was impossible to narrow down what exactly he had guessed correctly.

"Do you really think this is a result of Karma?" Devotion asked.

"It has to be. How else would someone of your Rank have Tribulation Lightning Burns? I assume you underwent Tribulation, or at least experienced it." Leza guessed.

"How did you know?" Devotion asked. She was the first that had recognized these at just a glance.
