Reasons.

If you guys think that it's stupid to get a wife even when you got betrayed 70 times, please understand Gray's situation

.First, Gray live an normal life in his first life. He just got an ability to reincarnated when he got betrayed by his first wife. He's first wife regrets it and try to make him reincarnated. (Ugh again, another stupid plot hole. :/)

It work but she made an mistake and made him reincarnated infinitely every time he dies. He didn't even reincarnated to her world. (He can finally decide after being Immortal if he wanted to reincarnated or not.)

He's an just mortal at that day, so he decided to not get a wife but failed miserably when he felt really lonely.

Then after betrayals and reincarnating, in his 7 reincarnation. He became an Immortal.

It's not really easy after spending thousands of years every reincarnation.

When you became an Immortal, you unlock a powers that is impossible for a mortal to use. It's called Laws. You only unlock things that is related on how you became Immortal. It's like an super upgrade. He naturally unlock soul powers, he became too good at it naturally. It's his main power and the strongest. Then he practiced and cultivate some laws. It's space, fate, etc (I'll reveal later in future chapters.)

It's not really good for Immortals when they became alone for many many years. Most Immortals can't even go through beyond 100,000 years. They can decide if they want eternal death or not. Some seal themselves then later wake up many years later. Gray got an cheat mind spell so he naturally became one of the oldest Immortals

Gray still felt lonely. He can't enjoy his eternal life, so he decided to find a wife that all fit his requirements. He failed. LOL. He can't find any that fit requirement to be his wife for so long, that he's just going to make someone his wife if he like her or love her. Personally. He sometimes cherished some of his wives to much that he give some small pieces of his soul to them to make them live longer, or possible be an Immortal. He make some of them Immortal like his 70 wife, Lady fate, or the Mother of Demon, Lilith. Well the reason for their betrayal is different each other and I can't think 70 times of excuses for their betrayal. But I'll give you an hint. It started all from greed and insecurities.

Gray really felt tired after getting betrayed for 70 times... If he failed again, this will be probably his last reincarnation. He can't enjoy his Immortal life if he can't find happiness. There will be an Entertainment but it's short lived. He want eternal happiness accompanied him in his eternal life.

Gray this time will really do anything so he's new wives can't betrayed him. Even if it's dirty trick or manipulation. He's really desperate.

And for those who are wondering why he isn't killing his wives after getting betrayed.

He's feeling don't deserve his wives anymore. But it will be exception if his wives come at his own. He will kill them, but emotionless. Just disappointment,

And Gray is not EDGY!! maybe a little bit after getting betrayed but not too much.

Anyway I'll change something things in this novel. I'll write 1k or 1.5k words in each chapter from now on!!!
