5 Hallucination or is it real?

After a warm welcome, the brothers went to freshen up and the rest busied themselves with setting the table for breakfast.

"XiaoLi and Xixi you both go and check if those two need anything. We'll manage here. Everything is almost done anyway."

Mrs. Chen said with a bright smile on her face. She can't stop smiling at the fact that all her children were back home together. Plus today was a very special day for the Chen couple.

"Lili you go and check on gege, I'll go for xiaofeng. I have something to discuss with him as well."

Chen Xixi nonchalantly said as if there wasn't any motive behind her actions.

"Why should I go there? You go and find your gege, I'm not interested."

Shen XiaoLi wasn't able to breathe properly ever since Chen Lisheng stepped outside the car. It's been 2 years since she last saw him, but he was still able to take her breath away. 'How can I stay with him in a room all alone. This Xixi is so evil.'

"Why? Is there a problem? I really need to discuss something with Xiaofeng. Gege would be sad if he got to know that no one checked on him and someone attended xiaofeng. I know I can count on you. Thank you!"

Chen Xixi rushed to Chen fengju's room therefore XiaoLi didn't got a chance to refute her anymore. 'I really have to go I guess. Lisheng gege would be sad otherwise. Let's face it XiaoLi. You'll be alright.' Xiaoli left with a determined face.

Chen Lisheng had just stepped out the shower when he heard a knock on the door. He was surprised to see his sister's best friend Shen XiaoLi standing outside.

"Hello~"

XiaoLi awkwardly waved her hands, not knowing what else to do.

'This man will really be the end of me'.

How can he be so casual about standing only in a towel in front of her? Even if he's ok, she isn't. She is trying really hard to prevent a nose bleed. She can't have a nose bleed in front of the man she liked.

Lisheng observed the dazed girl in front of him. Her expression changed from awkward to shy to upset. He really wanted to know what's going in her head.

"Ahemmm... You need something from me?"

Lisheng's question bursted XiaoLi's little bubble.

" Uh?" XiaoLi blurted stupidly.

"I asked why are you here?"

"Oh that! Auntie asked me to check out if you needed something."

"That's it?" Lisheng sounded a little disappointed.

"No I don't need--- wait! yeah I need your help. Come inside."

'Have he gone crazy? Inviting a beautiful woman in his room barely dressed.' XiaoLi hesitated but followed Lisheng anyway.

"How can I help you Mr. Captain?"

"Help me pick an outfit for the function. I'm confused."

There were many suits laying on the bed and some were even thrown on the floor. 'Maybe the rejected ones.' XiaoLi started looking through the pile of clothes.

"....I think this tie will suit better and this tie pin will be best. Belt and shoes should be the same color..."

Lisheng was lost in his thoughts when he saw XiaoLi waving her hands in front of him.

"Did you even hear what I said? I was babbling for nothing?"

XiaoLi was standing with her hands on the hips and throwing draggers at the man in front of her.

'How dare this man? I spent 15 mins working non-stop to choose an outfit for him and here he is daydreaming about something. Was he ignoring me? Or thinking of some other women?'

The more she thought,the angrier she got. Lisheng saw what she has choosen and was impressed by her fashion sense.

"Your taste is good. I like it."

"Of course it is. It's really hard to please me. Hump!"

XiaoLi felt proud of herself. 'He liked it hehe' Just then she noticed his abs. Water droplets were sliding along them sensually. This made her gulp. With messy hair, skin flushed due to the shower and half naked, he was oozing with sex appeal. Her innocent eyes have never seen any other man this close. Sure she saw them on the screen, but the live, breathing version was on another level.

"Really? Then what do you think about me?"

Lisheng's voice became seductive. This shocked the hell out of XiaoLi.

"Wh..a..t..?"

"You didn't heard me or you didn't understood what I meant?"

"Huh?"

'What's wrong with him?' Lisheng was stepping closer to her and she was taking step back simultaneously, until her back pressed the wall. Lisheng trapped her by placing one hand beside her head and one beside her waist.

"Shen XiaoLi, open your eyes"

"Huh? you trapped me in kabedon¹ pose to say such nonsense?"

XiaoLi was very disappointed.

"Open your eyes"

He repeated again. XiaoLi felt something was wrong. Then she felt someone tapping her cheeks and a glass of water poured on her face. She sat up on the bed coughing.

"Are you alright?" Chen Lisheng asked worriedly.

"Huh? What happened?"

"You were talking to me but suddenly fainted. You even had a nosebleed. Are you okay now?"

'This damn nose. Betrayed me. Boo hoo. How am I gonna face him now? Swallow me up dear earth'

"I'm ok---" Just then XiaoLi's phone rang. Since it was on the bed side table on the other side of the bed, Lisheng attended the call and put it on handfree mode.

A man's voice blasted through the speakers, "Hello? Lili? Where have you been? I thought you died or something hahaha----"

The call was disconnected abruptly by a very strange looking Lisheng.

"Hey! How can you disconnect someone else's phone call?"

"If you can shout that much, that means you're really alright. Now leave please, I need to get dressed."

XiaoLi stared at the closed door in front of her with a dumbstruck expression, trying to digest what has happened in the last few minutes.

"Is he on his periods or something?"

XiaoLi thought Lisheng looked somewhat..... jealous? 'No No! Stop thinking too ahead of yourself XiaoLi! Don't get your hopes high! You must be hallucinating. Get some sleep.'

"Ya! Chen Xixi! I'll take you to hell with me! You little vixen! How dare you pull such a trick on me?!"

XiaoLi was busy suffocating her best friend with her pillow.

"XiaoLi I can't breathe. I'm sorry. I'll buy you some kpop merchs. Forgive me great aunt."

K-pop Merchs seemed to cool down her a little.

"But I won't forget this. Can you imagine I got a damn nosebleed in front of your gege. Ha! Jinja²! This traitor! How will I face him? Boo hoo" It felt like XiaoLi's soul has kissed her goodbye.

"Cheer up babes. I know he won't mind. I'll tell him that you get nosebleeds when you travel by car."

"I love you the most. Muaah~" XiaoLi hugged her best friend and shed some tears of joy. They both laughed at their silliness. 'Ah! Time like this are rare. Please freeze Time-sama.'
