"I think I just had enough of this for today." Damon held on to his head, still feeling the throbbing in his head from the effects of last night.
Truthfully, he was ready to bolt out of there after two hours of debates and arguments between him and the board members.
Of course, the idea that someone in his company was behind his current problem bothered him. But something else seemed to be at the forefront of his mind, demanding immediate action.
"Shall we meet up again soon?" David acquiesced, also seemingly ready to go as he grabbed his coat and bag.
He looked up at his friend, believing that was the wise thing to do. They could not do anything right now anyway.
They still had to dig deeper into the case to find enough evidence to catch the culprit. Other than that, there was not much they could do.
