Drexel saw this and sighed with relief. He quickly slipped to Captain Sentence's side, as if he had seen a savior.
He was so eager that it seemed like he couldn't wait to fight the insectoids.
Captain Sentence thought the same and looked at Drexel with some emotion, saying, "Young man, you're still young. Don't push yourself so hard. We adults are here to help."
Seeing Captain Sentence misunderstanding, Drexel silently screamed in his mind, 'Compared to Arix, Supergiant-Class insectoids are nothing!'
But he didn't dare say this out loud. If Arix heard, he wouldn't make it back to the Alliance standing up.
Drexel forced a very reluctant smile and nodded to Sentence, pretending to agree.
Sentence, thinking Drexel had listened to his advice, smiled back with satisfaction.
He felt even more that Drexel was truly a kind, brave, and humble young man.
When everyone was ready for the battle, Captain Sentence invited everyone over.
