Author's Note

Writing a story was something I wanted to do since I was in my grade school years. I started thinking of titles, my protagonists, antagonists, drawing book covers, and anything that I could think of, except the actual writing of the story. I usually forget the plot, thought at that time that it would come easily and naturally. I, of course, was wrong. And try as hard as I wanted, I was not able to start on my first page. The plots, with sub-plots, came later on, and still the hesitation on my part to start writing. I knew that I had a story to tell and yet, it took me years to sit down and got down on the job.

Now, after finishing my first book, I understood the reasons for my hesitation. I was then afraid of nobody wanting to read my story. That very thought kept me from writing. What if there would not even be one person out there who would take interest in turning the pages of my book?
