Part 1 - Stupid Brother 

(P. O. V.) Emi

The TV in the waiting room was playing, we were waiting for the doctor to come out to tell us something about Hikaru's condition, it had already been 3 hours since we arrived and they made him go to the emergency room and we had not had any news, my father asked me several times what had happened to Hikaru, I really told him that I had no idea, but I had no idea, but I had no idea what had happened to him, I really told him that I had no idea, but that he had a serious injury on his side, I didn't even want to remember the gigantic hematoma that he had, in spite of what I told him, he thought that I was hiding something from him, I don't blame him after all, I always covered for my little brother, for obvious reasons. I was terrified, what had happened to my brother, how did this happen to him on a one night stand, was I wrong to let him out, no, I wasn't wrong about that, I know him, well, even if I had refused, he would have managed to go out anyway... I have a strange feeling that this all has to do with that Akari girl, but it's too early to blame her, I'm sorry Hikaru, I promised myself never to be one of those meddling sisters, but I have to know what happened. 

I had Hikaru's mobile phone in my hands, luckily he still had the same habit of not using a password for his mobile phone. 

I searched his contacts in the Linapp application (application famous all over Chipon that allows you to chat with friends).

Hikaru (Emi): Asuna I'm Hikaru's sister, I'm in the hospital, I need to know what happened to her, she's in serious condition. 

She saw the message immediately, the application gave her away, but she didn't answer me until a few minutes later. 

Bunny (Asuna): That's better if I tell you Hikaru, if I talk she will be very angry with me.

A fight...I could understand it being a fight if it had a couple of bruises, but how did Hikaru get.... Did they even fight a rhino? 

A white-robed, haggard doctor came out of the emergency room. 

-Nishimura's parents are here. 

I got up immediately. 

-Doctor, excuse me, I'm Hikaru's sister, Emilia Nishimura. 

-I understand, little girl, but the parents are not here, or you are the only family member present. 

-Doctor, I am Hikaru's father, my name is Anton, how is he? 

I was extremely upset when he said he was his father. 

-He is out of any danger don't worry, now, Mr. Nishimura come with me to see your son. 

-I will also go to see my brother. 

-You can't come in, we only allow one adult per person in the emergency room, miss.

We entered the emergency room, he took me through a couple of corridors. 

-Miss Emilia, your brother has intercostal fissures on his entire left side, but no ribs are fractured, so he should recover in about 6 to 9 weeks, the problem is the hematoma he has. 

The doctor opened the door to a small room where Hikaru was. 

Part 2 - Diagnosis. 

(P.O.V) Hikaru 

I was feeling a bit groggy, I had been injected with a muscle relaxant for the pain, I was alone in this room for quite a while, I thought Akari would come with me, but I haven't seen her since we got off the hospital. 

I'm sure Akari must be feeling guilty about everything that happened, I'm worried about how stubborn my girlfriend can be? 

A doctor along with Emi had walked through the door, behind it was also Akari. 

-Hikaru how are you feeling? 

-Definitely now that you came in I'm much better. 

I looked at Akari, but she didn't say a word, she didn't even want to look at my face. 

-Don't say that silly brother, you have a lot to tell me,' Emi said sternly.

Emi was terrified of what she was told, she didn't say anything, but it didn't take words to tell me, the same with Akari, who hasn't even said anything to me since she came in.

-No doctor, I don't want to notify anyone,' I said seriously.

It was clear that the doctor was upset because we wouldn't let him finish talking. 

-Well, having said that, Mr. Nishimura is strictly forbidden to do strength for 9 weeks until he recovers, I will leave him with medicine for the pain, and to reduce the swelling of the blow, he can walk normally, but because of what we injected him with, it will be better for him to take bed rest for the whole day tomorrow, or rather today, if he wants to take a break from school I can give him a week, and it is obvious but I will say it, he cannot do physical education or any sport until his check up in 9 weeks. 

-Doctor if I can go to school, I'd rather go than take the break.

Part 3 - Nothing to hide 

Emi took me out in a wheelchair, both my father and my stepmother were waiting for us outside, of course the first thing they asked was what happened to me, but thanks to Emi I was free from having to talk, she lied to them that playing at school with a fire extinguisher it burst and hit me in the ribs, that I had kept quiet because at school nobody knew about it and I didn't want any trouble, apart from a little challenge from my parents, I had no major problems, well in fact I had one, Akari still wasn't talking to me. Emi asked dad to bring the car closer and the three of us were alone outside waiting for them. 

-Now Hikaru, no more lies, what happened? 

-Nothing, a fight with an idiot we ran into. 

-Hikaru, no more lies, you don't get a kick like that from an idiot, tell me does it have to do with Akari's disappearance. 

Unfortunately I had hit the nail on the head, even Akari was startled... I didn't want to hide things from Emi anymore. 

-Emi will you believe me?

-You remember when I told you that Akari died, but you thought I was confused, well no, I saw Akari's lifeless body in my classroom.... wait don't interrupt me... the thing is that I can see her ghost for a reason that I still don't know, if you think it's unreal what I'm telling you, well the kick was given to me... I think it was a vampire, I know how ridiculous it sounds, but that's the truth. 

-Hikaru, I've always believed you, I also know you've never been the type to want to be noticed, but.... Don't play with me, how the fuck do I believe this, you don't know how worried I get about you, everything you tell me seems like made up shit, you don't even know how scared I am of losing you! Snif...snif- she said with tears in her eyes. 

It hurt me a lot that my Emi didn't believe me, but I couldn't blame her, if she told me the same thing I would have the same reaction.

-Stop it, stop lying to me, you're hurting me you idiot you can't trust me.

Emi rushed at me screaming, she was squeezing my shoulders hard as if she was trying to talk sense into a madman. 

-I want to fucking see... 

Emi's wallet flew open, with several attempts Akari had succeeded. 

Emi for a moment hesitated, after a few seconds Akari managed to pull Emi's wallet, causing it to fall to the floor, then almost with the first few tries Akari was able to pull my phone out of Emi's wallet, until it fell to the floor. 

Emi was terrified, she couldn't believe what she was seeing, she barely took a few steps backwards and fell to the floor, Emi's way of seeing the world had been broken, something that she considered a mere stupidity invented to entertain or scare the little ones like ghost stories, now became a reality in front of her eyes, Emi was witnessing a ghost playing with her things. 

It broke my heart to see her so terrified, sometimes I forgot as much as Emi is my older sister she is only older by 3 years, I didn't want her to go through this. 

I approached her with the help of the wheelchair. I held out my hand to help her up. 

-You believe me now Emi. 

She got up without my help. 

-Remember that you can't use force... excuse me, I need to go to the bathroom. 

I had realised that Emi was about to pee because of the shock. 

She approached the door of the hospital. 

-Hikaru, forgive me for not believing you. 

Emi couldn't hold back her tears. 

I was waiting for her together with Akari who still didn't speak to me, until she finally broke the silence. 

-Hikaru, look. 

I listened to her, out of the hospital door came Marcus in a wheelchair, his mother was pushing him while calling his attention, Marcus had a protector on his neck. 

He saw me and gave me a thumbs up, I admit the situation was funny.
