Remodelling the department

Emi and Aki and I went to see the flat to plan everything for the move in two days.

Emi had us expectant, the flat was on the fourth floor, I called my attention that it looked like one of those flats for people with money, the access had glass doors that opened automatically when approaching, in the hall there was an old man who had a kind face called Sergio Amawa, who was one of the receptionists of the flat, the gentleman greeted us very kindly, he recognized Emi which she gave him a folder and explained that she was now the owner of flat 469.

Very kindly Mr. Sergio let us in and welcomed us, the only thing he asked us to do was to send to the reception who were going to be the people who were going to live there, and explained the rules, that we could not have big pets, but small dogs and cats were allowed, no parties were allowed after 1 am, and told us more things to respect.

Then she took us to our room, which was almost as big as Emi's.
