My First Day
BRIANNA'S P. O. V
I went to the administration block to meet the principal.
"Good morning ma'am. Please I will like to meet the principal" I said
"Are you new" the receptionist asked
"Yes ma'am" I answered
"What is your name" the receptionist asked
"I am Brianna Bennett" I said
"Ooooooh you are Miss Bennett" the receptionist asked
I replied with a nod.
"Oh my goodness sorry ma'am. Please sit down" the receptionist said.
"Why is she giving me special treatment suddenly" I asked myself
I sat down. She walked in to an office and soon came back
"Miss Bennett the principal will meet you" she said
"Thank you" I replied with a smile
I walked in to a huge office. The principal was a lady.
"Good morning ma'am" I greeted
"Good morning Miss Bennett" she responded with a smile
"Ma'am please i .....(she didn't let me complete my statement
"Miss Bennett please you don't need to talk much. Let me take you to your class. Please here is your time table for your classes and your student ID card" she said
"Thank you ma'am" I said
The principal and I went to the elevator. Soon we got to a huge floor. The principal lead me to a class.
"Good morning class" she greeted
Good morning ma'am" they responded
"Class meet Miss Brianna Bennett. She is joining you from today" she said
She then turn to me and told me to sit down. I did as I was told.
I had my first two classes and they were amazing. The school provided me with my own iPad and laptop. The teachers makes learning very easy.
Soon it was lunch time. I went to the school's restaurant. When I got to the entrance, the security asked for my student ID card and I provided it.
" Please come with me" the security said
He took me to a different part of the restaurant and it was written in front VVIP. I sat on and empty table. Soon I ordered and my food was served.
The food was delicious. I was enjoying my food when a guy walked up to me
"Hi my name is Max. What about you" he said
"I am Brianna" I said
"Please do you mind if I sit with you" he asked
"Sure go ahead" I said
He sat down
"I am reading accounting what course are you reading" he asked
"I am reading secretarial I said
"You are very beautiful" he said
"Thank you" I replied
After lunch, we walked together to the main campus. We agreed to meet later.
I attended three more classes and I was done for the day.
On my way to the hostel I met Max again
"Hi you are done with classes" he said
"Yes" I said
"So which hostel are you" he asked
I told him where I live.
"I hope we can be friends" he said
"Sure" I said with a smile
We exchanged phone numbers and parted ways.
I quickly went to my hostel.
Everyone kept looking at me. I guess maybe it's because I am new. I entered my room and gave my mum a call.
"Hello mum. How are you" I said cheerfully
"Anna I am fine. How are you dear" she said and asked
"Mum I am good. Mr Craine rented a beautiful room for me. I have my own kitchen, bathroom and it's fully furnished" I said cheerfully
"I am so happy Anna" my mum said
"Me too" I said
I spoke to her for a while and then hung up
I called Mr Craine
"Hello Brianna. How are you" he said
It's been a while since I heard his deep manly incredible voice
"I'm good Sir" I said
"How are things? It's everything alright" he asked
"Yes sir. Thank you very much" I said
"Do you have an assignment I can help you with" he asked
I looked through my books and answered positive.
He disconnected the voice call and called me via video. I saw his beautiful face.
With his help, I did my assignment.
Days turned in to weeks and soon I was familiar with all the places on campus. Whenever I didn't understand a topic all I needed to do was go to the library or call Mr Craine. Mr Craine became my part time teacher. I sent him topics I didn't understand and he will help to understand. He spends hours everyday helping me. Max and I grew strong. Even though we didn't go on too many dates.
