I Won't Let Him Go

BRIANNA'S P. O. V

I can't believe this. Mr Craine said he loves me. I feel so happy. I stayed in his arms for a while.

"Brianna, are you ready for this" he asked

"Mr Craine I don't understand your question" I said

"Brianna, I am very much older than you and if we are willing to make a relationship out of our feelings, we need to look at certain things we can't avoid. You know as the days, months and years go by I will be weak, sometimes sick and maybe I won't be able grant your every wish" he said

I sat down quietly. I didn't know what to say

"Brianna it's been years since I had sex. I don't even know if I can make you happy sexually. Please think about this carefully. I love you and I don't want you to ever regret being with me. Think about it for a few days and give me an answer" he said

He took my hand and walked me back home. Our walk was a silent one.

"I will send a car for you tomorrow. Please return to school. I will also get a female bodyguard for you so that you will be protected even in the hostel" he said

"Sir please I will return after a few days" I said

He nodded and kisses my forehead.

I returned home to meet my mum sitting in the living room. It's obvious she is waiting for me

"Anna I want to talk to you. Sit down" she said

Even though I knew what she was going to say, I sat down

"Anna Mr Craine is indeed a good man. Every mother wishes for a man like him to be with her daughter but Anna your age difference will be the talk of the country. People might even think you are with him because of his money. What if his children doesn't accept you? Anna do you realise that you might have to let go of your lifestyle. What if he is not able to satisfy you sexually. Young people like you mostly enjoy wild sex and always want to be spontaneous. Please are you willing to let go of all these for him? Think carefully" mum said

I sat down and didn't say a word. I returned to my room quietly.

I didn't sleep the whole night. I kept thinking about what Mr Craine and my mum said.

They are both right but I can't let go off my feelings for him. I love him too much.

It's been days and I haven't heard from Mr Craine. My mum has been pestering me to know my decision. I miss Mr Craine so much. I called Antonella. I told her everything

"Anna both of them are right. You might regret being with him someday" she said

I went out for a walk in the evening. I was sitting on a bench when young man and and older woman walked hand in hand and sat next to me. The man held the woman in his arms. He was cuddling her

"They are lovers. They don't mind the fact that they are in a public place" I said to myself

I walked up to them

"Excuse me" I said

"Yes my dear what is it" the woman asked

"Please I need your help and advice" I said

"Tell us your problem" the man said

I sat down and told them everything about Mr Craine and I.

"My dear if you love someone, you shouldn't be bothered about these things. From what you told me, he really loves you. Love like that doesn't come ou way often. Look at us we face criticism from society and family but our love was strong enough to conquer all. If you know he is the man you want, don't let him go because of society and age Gap. love is not only about sex. It's about trust, happiness and sometimes sacrifice" he said

"Sometimes I am not able to satisfy him sexually and I get scared of loosing him but I realised he didn't care about these things" she said

"That is because I love you" he said and kissed her on

"I have health issues but he is always taking care of me. My dear please go for your love" she said

I thanked them and returned home

"Mum I have come to a decision" I said

"What have you decided" she asked

"Mum I love Mr Craine and I won't let him go because of sex, age Gap and whatever that comes with old age. I want to be happy. This is about me. Mum if you love me then please respect and accept my decision and my choice. I want him" I said

My mum sat quietly for a while

"Alright Anna if this is what you want then I am okay with it" she said

I hugged her. It felt so nice hugging her again.

I quickly went out and took a cab. I arrived at Mr Craine's house in almost an hour. I quickly got out and after going through the usual formalities, I was allowed to enter. The butler welcomed me and offered me a seat.

"Miss Bennett why are you here"

I heard a voice. I raised up my head and saw Mr Andrew Craine

"Good evening sir. I want to see your father" I said

"Miss Bennett you are no longer my father's secretary so why are you here" he asked

I could sense anger in his voice

"Andrew Miss Bennett has the right to come to me whenever she wants" Mr Craine said

I looked at the direction of where his voice came from. There he was looking good as usual.

"Dad I....( Mr Andrew Craine was about to talk when his father stopped him)

"Miss Bennett please come up" Mr Craine said

I quickly went up. Mr Craine took me to a room. It was a living room.

"Mr Craine please I have made my decision" I said

"Tell me" he said calmly

"I love you and I won't let our differences be a hindrance. I want to be with you" I said

He walked closer and took my hands

"Brianna are you sure about this" he asked

I nodded

"I want you so much" I said

He kissed my forehead

"Alright baby girl" he said

I hugged him

"Now please tell every woman to back off because I am here now" I said jokingly

He kissed my forehead again

"I love you Daddy" I said

He frowned a bit and I laughed

"I am not calling you Daddy because of your age so don't frown. I feel like calling you that because Daddy is what I have been wishing to call the love of my life. You are my love Mr Craine" I said

I made the first move and placed my lips on his. He accepted it. We kissed for the first time. His lips tasted like heaven. Soon our kiss got deeper. My tongue entangled his. I placed my hands around his neck and her pulled me closer by holding my waist. After a while we broke the kiss

"Your lips are incredible" he said

I giggled

"I am returning to work as your secretary" I said

"Huh" he said

"I have to keep an eye on you. I don't want any skinny woman around my man" I said jokingly

"Baby what about your school" he asked with concern

"Daddy I am just joking but I still want to work. My new time table is not as stressful as the first one so I can return to work" I said

"Alright baby but please concentrate more on your books" he said

"Alright daddy" I replied

I kissed him and placed my head on his chest.

He took me home after sometime.

MICHAEL'S P. O. V

Oh my goodness she is willing to be mine. I have never been this excited.

"I love her, I love her. She is mine, she is mine" I said to myself

Something crossed my mind.

"I have to take care and protect her" I said to myself

I called Richard and my other friends to meet me at my penthouse.

Two hours later were together

"Michael are you dying" Ben asked

"You fool. Why will I be dying" I said

Mario and Richard laughed

"What is it Mike. I can see you are disturbed" Richard asked

I narrated everything that has been happening for days now. From Brianna to my children's discussion.

"I can't believe Andrew has such a mentality" Ben said

"Michael if you love her? Please make her yours and be happy" Mario said

"You have always lived for your kids. Please live for yourself" Ben said

"Damn I can't believe you have finally fallen" Mario said

I chuckled

They gave me their advises and their opinions. I realised that if I want to be happy with Brianna, I have to let go of certain things and people.
