It was already the 30th day when my husband came back from God knows where. Not that I was curious. I had already made a decision to divorce and continue to write novels after getting immense motivation from Vampire.

When I thought about how we had spent a few days at the beach, I couldn't help but feel giddy at the thought.

This was the exact scene that my husband saw. I was looking at the computer, giggling out of the blue. There was a warm smile on my face that could make anyone's heartbeat faster. My husband paused for a while before ignoring me completely.

He treated me like air, but I didn't care. At this moment, I was fully immersed in Vampire to think about where and why my husband was gone. But I didn't even have to think about it. Lewis soon walked over and tapped gently on the table.
