Chapter - 0 The prologue

The scene started within a battlefield. There's bloodshedding everywhere. Countless death bodies are shattered throughout the battlefield. The soldiers who are at their last breadth. They are remembering their promises they made with their loved ones. The promises they made with their wife, children and the elders.

The battleground soil turned red with the bloods of the soldiers. Mother earth shed's her tears seeing her childrens death their blood. When the soldiers touch the earth it seemed like Mother earth is hugging them consoling them relieving their pain while she cries silently without showing her children how sad she is.

The soldier's said only one word smiling when they were in the lap of Mother Earth.

"Amma"

( "Amma" means mother.)

In the middle of all these. We see in the middle of the battlefield. We see a chariot wheel stuck in a hole. We see a warrior who is trying to get the chariot's wheel out of the hole.

The warrior was an archer. His skin was beautiful and shining as the sun itself. It was like the sun god himself reincarnated in that warrior body. The sun always followed the warrior as if the sun god was protecting the warrior like his own child.

But then suddenly the warrior heard an unknown voice. The unknown voice said.

"Now is your chance"

The warrior was shocked to hear this voice. He immediately recognized this beautiful voice.

We see at the opposite side of the warrior who was protected by the sun. We see a another warrior archer and his charioteer.

The warrior archer who was with the charioteer. The warrior was tall , Dark and really handsome. He had long unkempt hair. He had mace like arms, well built shoulders and thighs like leader of a herd of elephant.

The warrior became silent.

The charioteer asked something but this time calling the warrior's name.

"What are you waiting for Arjuna ?"

The charioteer had wide eyes, dark skin,delicate hands, reddish-soled feet, and his deep navel draw comparisons to the beauty of lotus flowers. The luster of his dazzling toenails is compared to moonlight.He had earrings and the peacock feather that he wears on his head.

Arjuna said.

"No Krishna, let him release his chariot wheel."

Krishna's patience was running out.Krishna said to Arjuna.

"Kill Karna before he gets his chariot wheel out"

Arjuna protested and said.

"But Krishna,Karna is unarmed"

Krishna said.

"Did you forget how he backstabbed and killed your son Abhimanyu??"

Karna was trying to get his chariot wheel out.

Krishna said to Arjuna.

"Then break the chariot Arjuna."

Arjuna lifted his bow pointing towards the chariots wheel and he used his arrow and breaks the wheel....

Arjuna then pointed his next arrow towards Karna's chest..... Arjuna remembered how his son died his final words... He used all his strength in his arrow. An aura came out of it.

Arjuna shot the arrow. It gone through Karna's chest. Blood splattered around Karna's chariot.

"Aaaahahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!"

Karna screamed with pain.

But suddenly time stopped out of nowhere.But he could move.His pain gone out of nowhere. He saw Krishna walking towards him. He knew then what was happening. When Krishna approached near him.

He asked to Krishna.

"Can you answer my questions my friend Krishna? "

Krishna smiled but his eyes lied to him.His eyes were filled with tears.

He nodded his head as yes.

Karna asked his question.

"My mother left me the moment I was born. Is it my fault I was born an illegitimate child?

I did not get the education from Dhronacharya because I was considered a non-Kshatriya.

Parshu-Raam taught me but then gave me the curse to forget everything since I was a non-Kshatriya.

A cow was accidentally hit by my arrow & its owner cursed me for no fault of mine.

I was disgraced in Draupadi's ceremony.

Even Kunti finally told me the truth only to save her other sons.

Whatever I received was through Duryodhana's charity.

So how am I wrong in taking his side?"

Lord Krishna replies,

"Karna, I was born in a jail.

Death was waiting for me even before my birth.

The night I was born I was separated from my birth parents.

From childhood, you grew up hearing the noise of swords, chariots, horses, bow, and arrows. I got only cow herd's shed, dung, and multiple attempts on my life even before I could walk!

No army, no education. I could hear people saying I am the reason for all their problems.

When all of you were being appreciated for your valour by your teachers I had not even received any education. I joined gurukula of Rishi Sandipani only at the age of 16!

You are married to a girl of your choice. I didn't get the girl I loved & rather ended up marrying those who wanted me or the ones I rescued from demons.

I had to move my whole community from the banks of Yamuna to far off Sea shore to save them from Jarasandh. I was called a coward for running away!!

If Duryodhana wins the war you will get a lot of credit. What do I get if Dharmaraja wins the war? Only the blame for the war and all related problems…

Remember one thing, Karna. Everybody has challenges in life.

LIFE IS NOT FAIR ON ANYBODY!!!

Duryodhana also has a lot of unfairness in life and so has Yudhhishthir.

But what is Right is known to your mind . No matter how much unfairness we got, how many times we were disgraced, how many times we were denied what was due to us, what is important is how you REACTED at that time".

After hearing this from Krishna he went into a moment of silence.

After a minute later....

"What is your last wish Karna?? "

Krishna asked Karna by breaking the silence.

Karna said.

"I want two favours from you my friend"

Karna continued.

"I could ask you to give victory to Duryodhana and bring his armies back to life. However, I don't want to do so. Instead I would like to ask that, as soon as I die, my mother Kunti should be informed. As a second favor, I requests to be able to fulfil the deed of feeding others in my next life. I couldn't been able to do so during my lifetime, because nobody wanted to accept food from the hands of a low caste person hahahaha.... "

Krishna with tears in his eyes nodded. He walked back to Arjuna and stood there.

*snap*

Then he snapped his fingers.

The time resumed. Everything gone back to normal. Karna died after a few minutes....

Everyone gone away from the battlefield to the palace.... Karna lifeless body was near his chariot....

*steps*

Suddenly a sound of footstep could be heard. It's sound was coming closer. We see a boy coming near Karna's body. He stood there for a minute without saying anything. It was silence only silence.

The boy looked 14 years old. He had beautiful hair, he had purple eyes it looked like a deep darkness a abyss resided in that eyes.He was wearing an unusual dress. He was wearing a hoodie with a mask to cover his half-face and pants He looked at Karna's lifeless body.

"Arise!! The warrior of the sun!!"

The boy said in a deep voice.

Suddenly a light came out from Karna's body. Karna emerged from his body as spirit.

Karna slowly opened his eyes.

"Am I in hell??"

Karna asked.

"Why??? Why did you?? "

The boy asked in a deep voice.

Karna was shocked to hear this voice. And he looked towards the boy. After seeing that boy's face Karna forgotted everything his worries his desperation everything. It was like the boy's face was like a ray of hope for him.

He said to the boy.

"Hey kid, I think you were right after all hahahhahahhahaah.."

An unbearable pain felt on the boy's chest. He holded his chest with his hand. Tears fell from that boy's eyes.

*sob* *sob*

Why....???? After all I only wanted a happy ending for my first friend. Why didn't you listen to me"

He said it while holding his uncontrollable tears.Then he cried...

Karna said to that boy.

"There will be more blood on the battlefield if I didn't die today kid."

"But why it have to be you??"

The boy asked..

"You won't understand it kid."

Karna replied.

Suddenly boy's hands started disappearing slowly....

Karna said with a smile.

"I guess it's your time to go kid... "

Boy's eyes filled with tears....

"No..... please it can't end like this please Karna"

The boy said with tears in eyes.....

"Go now you have to save somebody too right hahhahahahaha"

Karna said with a laugh. But his eyes also filled with tears too...

The only the head was left disappearing from the boy's body

Karna continued his words..

"Thankyou for becoming my first friend irrespective of my caste. Thank you for everything... Veeraa!!!"
