And that's the end folks! Hoping part 4 resumes translation soon. To think it would have had over 500 chapters to binge on now if it hadn't stopped. 😭

Sigh, this is the first series of this saga that ends just plain bitterly. Knowing the next part only marginally helps damper the bitterness. Guess it makes sense since the author started the book for his wife who died before it was finished, i guess. May she rest in peace.

No this is too sad though knowing what happens in DD4 and the foreshadowing helps it is still so sad. The book is ending, but I wished we got an epilogue where we saw what happend to everyone else like the seven devils and their reaction to Wulin and Gu Yuena's deaths, also their wedding. I like the DD series, but the lack of a proper epilogue and what happens after is always annoying more so cause I want to know what happend to the side characters. Please have someone pick up DD4 again after this we just need the last book of the series done.

Ugh some might not share this sentiment but this ending is garbage, they could’ve just killed the biggest voice of discontent Di Tian and that would’ve solved a lot of troubles. The fact that they just commit suicide “for peace” is fking stupid since peace had already been established. As long as they rebuilded the forests, dissention among the beast will eventually go down and if Di Tian was death there would also not be a main voice for the annihiation of man kind. Fuck, this ending has me seething
