Ch.2 The Heroes and Sins

After Dia left the room only the King and me were left along with some other guards. The king turned his eyes on me and starts explaining the situation I'm currently in.

Titus: Jade? I presume?

Jade: Ah, Yes.

Titus: I see, then I will now explain the current situation, You are currently summoned from your world to here, but we don't know who summoned you and for what reason

Jade: Then, are you saying that there should be a reason for me to be summoned to this world?

Titus: Technically yes, as for that it's because we are getting ready for what's about to come.

So he's saying there's a reason why I'm here, I wonder what's that reason will I be a hero in this world or something? if so that's so awesoooome!

Jade: What's about to come?

Titus: Yes, when someone have been summoned that means a calamity will come in this world, that is why heroes will be summoned and save our world and help us throughout the calamity

Jade: Don't you think that responsibility is quite big to be given to a commoner like me?

Titus: Yes, I know that which is why each of the kingdom will summon one hero and will help each other for the calamity, but as you can see you are here and at the same time no one informed us nor the other kingdoms that there'll be a summoning, as to why, it is still unknown which is why we're still looking for the reason.

Jade: I see then, you said "heroes" that means there'll be others?

Titus: Yes each hero will cover a role and that is The Hero of the Sword, Hero of the Spear, Hero of the Axe, Hero of the Dagger, Hero of the Shield, Hero of the Bow, Hero of the Gun.

Jade: Then are you saying that I'm one of those Hero that you are saying?

Titus: For now we don't know and looking it up whether what kind are you since you don't have anything with you when you were summoned, because each hero will have the weapon of the role they have but as for you, you have nothing with you when you were summoned.

Hearing that made me disappointed since I'm not a hero, yet, but hey! who knows?! I might be a unique hero. It's like I'm a new hero or some sort that sounds so awesome!

Jade: Then with that thank you for answering my questions.

Titus: The pleasure is all mine.

After the Question and Answer a guard led me to a room and told me to wait till the investigation is done, thinking on what happened to me I guess that up until now I've been living the way I want, confused and all that but hey! at least I still have me although I wonder which of the 7 hero am I? if possible I'd want to be the Sword since I've always like swords and such rather than thinking about this a lot, I should rest a lot have happened in this day that's why I'm tired and all that, but I can't wait to know which hero am I.

At the morning a guard entered my room and has it's spear pointing at me for a reason that I don't know and along with the guard the king is behind him along with 7 new faces with him, having all the 7 weapons that the king mentioned yesterday while having Dia at the side of the guard and having her hands in her sword and getting ready for something.

Guard: DON'T MOVE!

Jade: What's happening right now?!, Why is there a spear pointing at me?

Titus: Sorry Jade, but this is needed.

Dia: Don't you dare move or I will slice you in half!

As a they try to put the handcuffs on me someone suddenly came from our back while they're putting my handcuffs, he has a dark aura with him and at the same time black hair while his hair is being covered by some shades he's wearing.

???: Sorry but if possible we would like to have this guy.

Guard: HALT?!, WHO ARE YOU!?

???: You dare to talk to me? You low life monkey!

He then holds the tip of the spear and carried the guard through the guards spear and tossed him aside, King Titus and Dia were surprised along with the seven people behind him.

Titus: How dare you!?

Dia: Who are you?!

???: What!?, You too?! Then I shall give you what you want.

He stopped midway and looked around and saw what's behind King Titus and Dia.

???: I see, then you've already gathered all of them.

He then grabs me and teleported us away from the kingdom, I don't know what's happening right now, aside from the fact that my life's in danger. After we got out of the Eclair, he then looked at me with a troubled face. Looking around we seemed to be in the place where I was when Dia saved and found me remembering that I was saved again...that's something.

???: Why didn't you try to escape with your own ability?

Jade: I don't know what you mean, can you please explain, and who are you?

???: You're rude for someone who got his ass saved by the likes of me.

Did I hit a landmine or something? and what does he mean by ability?

Leo: Now that you mention it, the name's Leo the sin of Pride, Leo Argyle

Jade: My name is Jade Springfield.

He looks dissatisfied after I said that did I do something again?

Leo: And your sin?

Jade: What do you mean?

Leo: Like I said I'm the sin, of Pride, and you?

Jade: I don't know ,all I know is that I'm supposed to be one of the 7 heroes.

Leo: You...Did you listen to that Old fart?

Old fart? Does he mean King Titus, I guess he's referring to him, what a disrespectful person, anyway back with the topic.

Jade: Well that's what I heard.

Leo: You still believed him after what his men did to you? Just so you know one of his men pointed a spear at you.

I was confused...again what does he mean by 'sin'.
