COLLATERAL DAMAGE
Sofie's dad re-lived the most horrifying scene he had seen in years. It was the exact same image that had happened the day he decided to leave Sofie's mom. The polar opposite emotions, the crying, the pleading and then eventually, the grave show of anger and the physical hurting. It was exactly the same situation. To his despair, Sofie had inherited all that mental emotions. He had no other choice but to give in to her request otherwise, the situation could get a lot worse.
Hugging her while she cries on the ground, her dad felt sorry for her unborn child. If there is no intervention, the child will suffer the same fate or could even be worse but despite agreeing, he had one condition:
Sofie's dad: "Sofie, I will agree to what you want but on one condition.... promise that you will need to see a doctor."
