Storms

Even with all the chaos in the background,

the noises in my head.

Voices that tell me to give up and go back to old habits,

every time, you break me free from that.

No matter how stressed I get,

when emotions explode within me

and I cannot control what I've got going on in my mind

you're there to calm me.

They say there is calm before the storm and a rainbow after,

I say you're my calm even during my storms and my sunshine right after.
