So I moved closer to him to help unbutton his shirt since he was struggling.
"What were you thinking earlier?" he suddenly asked as I was unbuttoning his uniform.
"Shut up, Alzid, or I might forget you're sick and end up slapping you," I replied in annoyance.
He chuckled at my response, but I ignored him. I didn't want to discuss my foolish thoughts earlier. He finally took off his uniform, and I noticed a scar on his chest, making me pause and stare.
"You're really ogling at me, Laine," he laughed.
Without thinking, I smacked him with his discarded uniform.
"Ouch... You're staring at my chest so intently," he teased.
"You're so full of yourself, Alzid! I was just looking at the scar on your chest," I replied.
"Oh, this?" he said, pointing to his scar.
"I got into a car accident with my dad, and I hit a metal bar, hence the stitches. I'm still lucky I survived, and now I'm here, meeting you," he explained.
