Joint operation!

The department of traffic control division and agents from investigation unit were all in front of central command system where the public and private stablishment, highways and streets CCTV's were being monitored 24/7.

A while ago they just witness the epic chased between the authorities and the unidentified suspect and that event might be recorded in a history of police operation as a fucking joke!

"Wooahh!"

One of the officers unbelievably gasped. 

"See that—woaah!"

Sabay sabay pa silang napapasigaw na tila nanunuod ng karera.

"Oh?!—section C right, there's a free way!"

Head control officer said guiding the detectives to catch the car they were chasing.

"Which section?"

"Near the intersection. .instead of going straight, there's one way road beside the convinience store—"

"Oh? Look!"

Turo ng isa sa traffic police na naroon.

"Wait don't go in, go straight, right side!"

"What the hell, ano ba talaga!"

Inis na bulyaw ng isang detectives.

"Just do what he said—you idiot!"

Galit ding bulyaw ng chief of traffic division.

"They are just a fucking kids and yet you guys can't catch them?"

"They're maybe a kids but see for yourself—it's like the one on the wheels is a formula driver!"

Inis na sagot ng detective sa kabilang linya. All of them were watching how the race was going on, like watching a real car race in the track field.

Habang nag kakaroon ng tension sa pagitan ng chief of traffic division, head control officer, mga detectives at traffic police na kasalukuyang naghahabol sa mga suspect ang iba naman sa mga agents na naroroon sa loob ay nagkakaroon ng pustahan.

Det. Salvador of IU drops ten thousand bills, sampo sila na kasali roon.

Mahina namang bulong ni traffic officer Paredez.

"Teka huli or lusot?"

Det. Salvador asked. 

"Syempre huli!"

Nakangising sabi ng huli nakisabay narin ang iba. Bigla silang natahimik ng lumapit sa kanila si Det. Sembrano na ngayong team leader ng investigation units.

"We'll make it twenty, Lusot!"

"Ohhh?!"

Anito na nakangiti ng makahulugan,

Amused na sabay sabay namang nag cheers ang lahat ng taga IU na kasali sa pustahan. habang natahimik naman ang taga Traffic police na tila nagtataka.

Natuon ang lahat ng kanilang paningin ng biglang nag counter flow ang sasakyang hinahabol sa kabila ng kasagsagan ng traffic.

Alanganing napatingin ang head control officer sa chief, bahagya naman nitong tinampal sa ulo ang lalaki.

"Eyes on the monitor!"

He hissed.

"Kayo dyan take notes of all violation they made. Beating the red lights, counter flow, illegal u turn, over speeding—"

Anitong napahinto habang nag iisip. 

"And also driving without license!"

"Sa dami nito malamang makukulong na kung sino man yan—"

"Not until someone lift that stupid laws about minors!"

Napanganga silang lahat, oo nga pala the one they are chasing are minors.

Pagkatapos mag counter flow bigla nalang nitong iniliko pakaliwa, habang ang mga police na humahabol ay nasa kanang bahagi, hinahabol lang ng mga ito nang tingin ang dumaan na sasakyan.

"Next intersection—you could corner them!"

"Copy that!"

They all gasped in horror ng makita sa screen ang dalawang trailer truck na kasalukuyang papadaan sa intersection one in the left and one in the right and the car they are chasing does not seem to be aware of the danger.

They felt like the world suddenly stop to them, lahat ng taong naroroon tila nakatulala sa kanilang nasaksihan.

"Stop chasing them—for christ sake! They're in the accident prone!"

Nahugot nilang lahat ang hininga when the car just went through ang iba sa kanila ay isinangga ang braso sa kanilang mata just like bracing the impact, ang iba namay napapa pikit sa sobrang takot.

The chief of traffic division was shouting at them, if the suspect had an accident during the pursuit operation the authorities will be held accountable for everything.

Mabuti kung ang hinahabol lang nila ang involve what about the civillians? 

Lalot na't di pa sila sigurado sa identity ng mga suspect.

"Where the hell did they went?"

Napamulagat na tanong ng kanilang chief ng mahimasmasan ito. There was no accident at nawala bigla sa kanilang monitor ang naturang sasakyan. 

"Woah. .seriously who are they, aladin?—rewind it!"

Makailang ulit na nilang na erewind ang footage pero hindi nila ma locate kung saan ito napunta pagkatapos dumaan sa dalawang trailer truck.

Biglang naglaho na parang bula ang naturang sasakyan.

Chief De Guzman removed his cap in frustration.

"Recalled all of them and monitor that car, find the plate number and post it in all division, got it?"

"Yes sir!"

Napakamot sa ulo ang head of control officer, muntik na syang atakihin sa nasaksihan.

Pagkalabas na pagkalabas ng hepe, bigla nalang nagkagulo ang mga police dahil sa kanilang pustahan.

"How did you know sir na mananalo tayo?" 

"Just my instinct!"

Kibit balikat na sabi ni Det. Sembrano habang natatawa. 

He knew Sophia could escape such pursuit, she's a formula driver at sumasali rin ito noon sa drug race.

Kaya kahit walang nag bibigay rito ng daan she knew what she's gonna do.

Nawala ang ngiti ni Det. Sembrano ng makita niya ang isang babae na pumasok sa opisina ng Chief of investigation unit.

Bungad nito kay Chief Go, nakakunot noo naman ang huli.

He suddenly stoop up.

"So what should I call you or how do I address you?"

Agent 10 grits her teeth silently. 

Chief Go smiled discreetly, as if he wins over her. 

how dare she act like that in my turf?

"Just remind you, whoever you are and what rank you are—we still have what we called seniority and I guess you're too young not recognized our gap!"

What the fuck? She cursed to herself. As if he's really old? Ipangangandalakan talaga nito ang edad?

Chief Go smirked pero hindi na niya ito pinatulan, alam niyang labas sa butas ng ilong ang paghingi nito ng paumanhin.

But still he had a right to educate the bitch infront of him, he is her sinior after all. Besides he's also had an attitude to be reckoned with, para saan ang "may'T" na bansag sa kanya kung hindi niya ito magagampanan.

Pagbabalik patutsada ng hepe sa babae, ginagamit kasi nito ang informal na kataga.

Agent 10 squint sourly, She had no time playing stupid game with this idiot infront of her! So what if his my senior? I did not come here to have a chitchat anyway.

Pabagsak nitong sabi sa huling kataga at nagpatiuna pa ito.

Chief Go gasped furiously, nahimas niya ang batok sa sobrang inis. Even if she's under him hindi parin niya ito magagalaw dahil nag mula ito sa main office.

She snapped habang kasalukuyang makikita sa monitor ang imahe ng isang babae, she stood in the intrance at parang sinadya nitong ipakita ang mukha sa CCTV na naroon.

"Zoom it—slowly!"

"Binggo!"

sigaw ng isang lalaki.

"Job well done!"

A girl said after they cleared everything.
