Chapter 33: "Chace Vs Zeph"

Chace attacks Zeph with her fists covered in Dark Energy but this time Zeph compressed the air around his body so her fists couldn't touch him, "do you think that can save you?" asked Chace, she attacked him again but she was unable to land a blow, "tsk" said Chace, by this time the boomerang was coming back, Zeph sensed it and disappeared before it could hit him and reappeared behind it.

Chace caught it and waved it in his direction and said "Gale Force," Zeph then stretched his hand out with the bow in it and absorbed the attack, "Nice trick, let me see you absorb this Dark Energy Blast: Explode," said Chace.

"Blast of Wind," said Zeph, "too slow," said Chace as she appeared closer to Zeph, he used the bow to block her boomerang, "how did she get through my Blast of Wind?" thought Zeph, she then said, "Gale Force," the attack blew Zeph away, as he was spinning out of control in the opposite direction she appeared behind him and hit him to the ground with the Boomerang, Zeph Groans.

"She's fast but I have to defeat her," said Zeph as he was getting up, "you seem slower this time around, where is that secret power you have? Gale Force," said Chace as she throws the boomerang at Zeph, he uses speed step to evade the attack and flu off into the sky.

"What's up with these dark clouds, they just appeared out of nowhere, is that girl causing this?" said Zeph, focus on our fight, Hex will destroy your friend," said Chace as she made her way up to Zeph, "Air Arrows: Exploding Air said Zeph as he pointed the bow in her direction, "Dark Energy Blast: Explode," said Chace, as the attacks clashed a big explosion was made.

The boomerang could be seen flying from the smoke to the right of Zeph, they were both covered in the smoke from the explosion until a wave of light came and pushed the dark smoke away from around them, "what is this?" asked Chace.

"Rose used her light wave spell I see, things are really heating up over there."

"Your friend is strong but Hex is much stronger," said Chace, by this time the boomerang was coming up behind Zeph, suddenly it turned into a giant hawk, Chace and her hawk then fired their attacks at the same time, "Dark Energy Blast: Explode," said Chace, while the hawk curled and flapped its wings releasing a powerful Whirlwind, with Zeph caught in the middle of both attacks, a huge explosion was made.

"Zeph!" shouted William and Evan, "let's see you walk away from that," said Chace, as William was about to draw his sword he felt a chill in the air, "he is still alive thank goodness," said William.

"What is this feeling?" asked Chace as she felt the chill in the air, the smoke was being blown away from around Zeph, his eyes were glowing, he had taken some damage from the attack but had managed to throw up a Solid Air Shield, "now that's the power I want to see," said Chace.

Zeph then pointed the bow behind him and said "Air Cutter," the attack tore the giant hawk apart and the boomerang fell to the ground, he then pointed the bow at Chace, and she flew down to the ground to get her boomerang as she took it up, Zeph aimed the bow at her and said "Air Arrows: Exploding Air."

The ground was disfigured and filled with craters after the attack and as the dust was being blown away two wings made from Dark Energy were covering Chace, she then stood up, she had placed the boomerang on her back, giving herself wings and she also had two dark markings on her face shaped like her boomerang.

Her speed, agility, and strength had increased, "now it's time to die," said Chace while spreading her wings, she appeared before Zeph in the blink of an eye, and she raises one of her wings to hit him away.

Zeph then vanished and reappeared a few meters behind her, "Air Cutter," said Zeph, it tore off her wing, "when did he move?" said Chace he then repeated the attack, vanishing and reappearing all around her, she was all sliced up and her wings were torn apart, Chace screams, a dark aura started to emit from her, the wings started to grow back, the wind around her started to pick up, "Dark Tornado," said Chace.

It started to pull Zeph In, "got you, now it's time to finish you off once and for all," said Chace.

She then turned the entire tornado into dark blades of air, Zeph was pierced all over his body he then lost consciousness.

Zeph then heard the laughter of some children, "Jen, Allie is that you?" asked Zeph "big brother Zeph can we play hide and seek today?" asked Jen, "yes can we?" asked Allie, "after I have finished my chores," said Zeph, "ok we will help you so you can finish faster," said Jen, "yeah let's help," said Allie.

"Ok we are all done, let's go," said Zeph as they were running before him they vanished and a figure could be seen standing up ahead, "Jen, Allie where are you guys, why do I feel like this?" asked Zeph.

The dark figure said, "you're dying,", "dying?, I can't die now, who are you?" asked Zeph, "I'm the god that resides inside the bow, I am Stribog, are you going to keep fighting or are you going to die?" asked Stribog.

"No, I have to stay alive for their sake, I have to avenge my family so they can rest in peace," said Zeph.

"I like your answer very much, now wake up," said Stribog.

A bright light then appeared and Hex could be heard screaming as the light was consuming the darkness in her body, "Hex! No, what is that girl doing to her," said Chace as she was making her way towards Rose a large circle of air appeared around her and Zeph, just when she thought she had finished off Zeph, "Blast of Wind" said Zeph.

It blew away the Dark Tornado, with his body tattered and his clothes filled with holes, Chace turns around and says, "you're still alive?, why won't you just die already, Dark Energy Blast: A Thousand Exploding Feathers", Zeph then said, "Winds of Eight Directions: East", a wind compass appeared with an arrow of compressed air pointing east towards Chace.

Zeph then fired the arrow, it tore through her attack and then hits Chace head-on, sensing the impending attack Rose then used teleport and appeared where Zeph was, the arrow also hit Hex, and they were both shot out of the vicinity.

"It's so windy, that sent them flying, what a powerful attack Zeph, you two have gotten so strong," Shouted Evan, "you guys are growing, I'm glad you guys are on my side," said William.
