Well it all depends on what you want to do, if you want everyone to know her hero/villain name before interaction with important characters then some kind of public appearance is needed. If you want a hero/villain name based on her abilities, actions or appearance then let it spread through rumors from wittiness or survivors. If you don’t want her hero/villain name to be known beforehand then just wait until she interacts with an important character and when they ask for her name just say something like ‘You can call me Rose’ or something like that.
