I woke up on an unknown island on an unknown beach.. Standing up and dusting off the sand from my pants all i could think of was 'What the f*ck'.

I looked at my left arm and was shocked..I was black, more like light brown but i know that's not my skin colour...i think, as well as my hair was silver, on my arm several lines where written

I read all the information or in this case instructions that i was sure i wrote down on my hand, don't know how and started to do as it said.

"Status!" i yelled and then a head splitting headache assaulted me and i groaned in pain."Ahhhhhh...stop, Stop,Stop!!!!".I was in so much pain however i could hear a voice in my head.

All the things on the screen were read out to me by a soothing female voice.i re-read all the things and started questioning.

I was shocked as I looked at the prompts, i was dying or at least the island was killing me even when i didn't move from my safe spot."This really is Mega brutal".

I then went into the tent and changed my clothes to Gram's clothes or in this case the track set as well as the given innerwears as well, the damm set came with everything.

I then put the dagger in the belt i bought from the items section for 20 sp and started to look at them.

I then blacked out in my tent. waking up after a while i went straight to my status, seeing nothing wrong as well as seeing the sun almost above me i started to complete my daily quest which consisted of doing exercises, i started with the runs which was just running to and fro from the beach to my tent and back, and ended with the pushups. After hitting the last pushup i saw that the sun was already setting and i had nothing to eat.

I then saw a tree behind me with fruits on it, immediately i climbed it and started to chow down on the fruits, it hurt my insides a bit and then a notification popped up.

I then went to my tent and slept while practicing my nature breathing.

Day 2.

i got a notification.

I looked into my inventory and took out a small band that was now added to it, It was a black band with a dial on top of.

I put it on and increased the weight to 1.2x and immediately felt the gravity on my body go up, i was feeling a lot of resistance.

I then went on to do my reps with this as well as practice the basics of Hashoken as well as Fishmen Karate katas as well as practice my use of Flow and Sword weapon arts.

Eventually a week passed and i was getting used to my strength and it was time to hunt since the fruits on the trees were finished and my appetite was growing with my strength.

I was currently eyeing a Hipposea king that had a body of a hippo and a tail of a fish.
