PREPARATION

JAY'S POV:

Everything seemed to happen so fast.

The moment the wolves came in the came to when I felt like I was holding to the last thread of my life.

"Sigh…"

"How are you feeling Jay?" a sweet and soothing voice echoed only in my left year.

I opened my eyes a bit and could see a beautiful girl, she had blonde silk hair, scarlet eyes that seemed to twinkle and glimmer with hope, fair skin tone though lighter than mine, and a single black-maroon horn curving forwards from her head.

"I'm good for now, Siena," I said as I stretched my hand to touch her cheek.

Siena moved her hand to touch my hand as she held it in her hand.

I was lying on her lap when I suddenly felt a sharp pain on my chest.

"Ugh…"

"We will get treated as soon as we arrive in Arcadia," Siena said placing her palm on my chest.

My thoughts drifted back to when I was back in the cave.
