Our time apart (Satan x demon reader)

Y/N's POV

I looked in the mirror, and my gaze was drawn to my cheek. I clenched my fist as I put on my mask, and finished putting on my school uniform.

I unsheathed one of my daggers, and threw it at the wall angrily. It made a satisfying noise as it made a small hole in the wall. A myriad of other holes surrounded the one I had just made.

I sighed as I pulled the dagger out of the wall, and set in its case with the other one. I didn't want to lose it since these specific daggers are the best pair I've ever owned, and I've had them for a long time, so there was sentimental value as well.

I slipped the small case into my school bag. It's not that I didn't feel safe at school, I just like having them around as a lucky charm of sorts. And maybe because I'm scared of someone stealing them if there ever happens to be a robbery.

I was walking through the halls of RAD when I noticed a book laying abandoned in the middle of the hallway. I picked it up, and looked around.

I started to speed walk as I hurried to the library. Class was going to start in a few minutes, and I didn't want to be late.

Once I walked inside the library, I went over to the librarian's desk in the center of the room. I noticed that there were only a few people inside. It wasn't surprising though. Not many demons enjoy reading.

"Excuse me, but I found this book in the hallway. Could you check and see who it-"

"There's no need to do that. I accidentally dropped it a few minutes ago. Thank you for finding it-" I nearly dropped the book as I heard an all too familiar voice behind me, and he seemed surprised to see me.
