Man,look at how far Takuma has grown.From the back of the pack to point of not even getting tested for a jounin team to making and leading his own team while being the poster boy for the police.Even beating some of the kids he was pasted over for.He even swooned the girl who ear he kinda bit off.He has come a long way and still has much to go.
