Spoiler!
I agree with the author about balancing power levels.
In DBZ, Piccolo/master Roshi destroying the moon is outrageous when compared to now, DBS, when most of Goku's enemies have Trillions of power levels.
Any random blast, especially from Brolly, who doesn't have much control over his power output, should have the power to completely destroy the earth.
And yet, during the battle between Goku and Brolly, it did not happen. Which for me, is saying something.
I believe the destructive power of Dragonball universe is too much of a bug.
The author's take to balance it here is a very good decision. Especially since it's not only the Dragonball universe.
8.5/10 overall.
