The Avengers Part 8

I quickly began to give my orders.

"Pietro, you will quickly get all the people out of the buildings, Psylocke you will support him"

"Mystique you with the help of Wanda, Irene and Emma will take care of the invaders in the streets, keep them away from people"

"Polaris, you and Laura will accompany me to stop that portal"

Finishing giving my orders we split up.

I must say that the number of Chitauri that invade us is impressive.

While I was on my way with Laura and Polaris to Stark Tower, a total of 40 Chitauri appeared, both on the ground and in the sky.

Looking at the people fleeing, I say to Polaris:

"Take care of those who are in the sky"

Polaris's body was surrounded by green energy and raising her hands, this energy surrounded the Chitauri that were in the sky.

Polaris mercilessly crushed them with this energy.

These defenseless Chitauri were destroyed without being able to defend themselves.

In this battlefield with so much metal, Polaris is invincible.

Laura cut off the head of a chitauri that attacked her, while I used 'Invisible Bullet' to take care of the rest.

And so we continue moving towards our destination.

Pietro POV

Looking at the building in front of me, at high speed I entered it. I ignore the people on the first floor and advance to the top floor, upon arrival, without warning them I start to take people to the first floor.

Psylocke is doing the same thing, she is creating portals, which I consider unfair, so that people will get to a safe place.

When I finished taking people to the first floor, I saw a group of those aliens wanting to attack them.

With great speed I approach them and take away their weapons.

Using one of those weapons, I shoot them down and head to the next building.

Psylocke also meets a group of those things but even seeing that I don't stop.

Since she quickly took care of them.

Mystique POV

If someone had told me in the past that I would one day save non-mutant people, I would have laughed at their words.

'But here I am, saving them' I said in my mind as I finish off one of these things that come from space.

Wanda is the most skilled at taking down these things.

Seeing as how she easily takes down a dozen of them, I look at Emma and ask:

"Are there other people in the area?"

Emma closes her eyes for a moment and opens them saying:

"To the north of our position, a total of twenty people are trapped in a restaurant"

As we walked towards the restaurant, Irene who had been silent says:

"Wait! They will attack us from the fifth floor of the building opposite"

Listening to her words, we become alert, since her predictions have always saved us when we are in danger.

Seconds after Irene finished talking, a total of six of those things tried to shoot us.

But Wanda quickly finished them off.

Observing our surroundings, we arrived at the restaurant.

We take care of those things and we get all the people out safely.

Once this is done, we continue moving forward.

Alex Wayne POV

While I was moving forward, I met the Captain. He was really surprised to see me.

"Alex, I haven't seen you in a long time, you came to help" Captain said as he finished off a Chitauran.

"Yes, Fury contacted me this morning" I told him.

He looks at Laura and says:

"You shouldn't have brought Laura here Alex"

"I have no choice, if I don't bring her, she can come on her own"

Hearing what I said, Captain understood my position.

When he was going to ask me something, the Chitauri attacked us.

"I guess we'll talk later" I said as I prepared to attack.
