The Avengers Part 9

Alex Wayne POV

I watch as that mechanical creature called Leviathan came out of the portal, it's immense.

Then Natasha and Clint Barton appear.

On a small motorcycle, Bruce Banner approaches.

When Captain sees him, through the earpiece he tells Tony:

"Stark, we got him"

"Banner?" Tony asked.

"Just like you said"

"Then tell him to suit up, I'm bringing the party to you"

At that moment we see Tony draw that thing towards us.

"Dr. Banner, now might be a really good time for you to get angry" Captain said to Banner.

"That's my secret, Cap. I'm always angry" Banner said.

Moments later he transforms into Hulk stopping the Leviathan.

As he stops it, I see that a part of the Leviathan's body was going to crash into a building.

"Polaris, stop the building from collapsing" I said to Polaris.

Immediately Polaris uses her power to prevent the Leviathan from crashing into the building.

The Avengers who had already assembled were surprised by her power.

"Who are this little family?" asked a curious Tony.

"They're friends" Captain said.

My face twitches at Tony's words, but I don't say anything.

The funny thing is that Polaris hasn't ripped him already.

"I'll support you here Cap, my team is getting people out of this perimeter" I said.

"So it's true, you already have your own team" Natasha commented.

"Yeah, and also, long time no see" I said with an ironic smile.

Natasha looks at me with a smile but all the men present felt a chill when they see her smile.

When I see her smile, I don't say much and try to leave the place.

"Then I will open a path for the people trapped nearby"

Finishing speaking, I leave.

'Shit, that's what I get for not calling her more often'

Now that I think about it, how are Sharon and Barbara doing?

When I was deep in thought a group of Chitauri appeared in front of me.

Without flinching I use 'Invisible Bullet' and finish them off quickly.

Aside from Natasha and Captain, the other Avengers who hadn't witnessed my abilities were shocked.

"What happened?" Tony asked.

"It's one of his abilities, don't think about it too much" Natasha told him.

Captain ignored the surprise of the others and began to give orders.

Meanwhile Laura, Polaris and I started cleaning up the place without letting a Chitauri escape.

Polaris stops for a moment and says:

"Emma told me that they have evacuated everyone in her sector and the same for Pietro's group"

Hearing her words, I say to her:

"So if they're done, let them come to our position to regroup"

Polaris nods and mentally communicates with Emma.

Seconds later two portals appear with my teammates.

Once reunited, I tell them:

"Destroy those things without mercy"

Finishing my words, my team begins a massacre against the Chitauri.

After a while, we see how Iron Man enters the portal carrying a missile.

Seconds later the portal begins to close and before it closes Iron Man manages to get out.

Seeing that the Chitauri had completely stopped, I knew things were over.

So with the help of Psylocke, Polaris and Wanda, we transport parts of the Chitauri technology to the Sanctum Sanctorum for Riri to work with.

And we left the place.
