'Defeat'

"Why are you so bad at this game, you sub-humans, this is Challenger for Pete's sake."

Inside a normal suburb house, a person is furiously smashing his keyboard as he types to his teammates.

'Man I'm back to Grandmaster again, the season will end in 40 minutes.' the person thought to himself.

The person is named Jacob.

Jacob is just an average boy, just like everyone else. He likes to play games and try to enjoy his teenage life.

'Let's queue up again' He thought.

"Guys, don't ban Yuumi, I will int the game otherwise." Jacob types.

After 40 minutes of gameplay.

'Victory!' A system sound from the monitor

"YES!"

"I finally hit CHALLENGER!" Jacob jump from his seat.

"Jacob, come down and eat dinner" A female voice come from outside his room.

"Yes mom"

'I finally hit challenger, watch how that fat ass "Tall" gets jealous of this' he giggles. He then walks out of the room and closes the door.

As he closes the door, a strange mysterious phenomenon happens to his computer. A translucent light fell down to his monitor and the whole computer lit up.

THUMP

Then everything went dark and back to normal.

The next day.

'Let's play some more games today' Jacob happily said after yesterday's chat with "Tall".

'Dude got so mad and jealous, hehe'

'Mhm? What's this? An update' Jacob puzzly look at the screen

On the screen is Leauge's client, a loading bar appears.

"Welcome to Runeterra." A message appears after the loading process is finished.

A map then appears. On the map, unlike the modern Earth's one.

There are symbols and letters at first sight.

'Frejlord, Noxus, Demacia, Shadow Isles... Aren't these the name of places from the champions' background?' Jacob thought as he looks at the screen.

"As you reached Challenger rank on your account, the company has decided to give you a special reward!"

"A very fun adventure awaits you!"

'Adventure? This is probably just another prelude story of whatever Riot's doing. They just want to earn more money, I guess.' Jacob sneers. He has seen these a lot of times, where the company makes special events so they could create and sell skins to earn more money.

"Pick a place, player" Another message pops up.

'pick a place? I guess? Let's see, I'll choose you' He then proceeds to click on the word.

"PILTOVER has been chosen, confirm?

'yes' He clicks again.

"Destination chosen. Have a good journey, player."

'Wait wha-' before he could say anything, a vacuum-like phenomenon suck him in.

After Jacob mysteriously disappears, the strange translucent phenomenon appears again, but this time takes shape as a human.

"I hope you have fun."

"Master" An ethereal voice coming from the figure

Then the figure disappear, and everything went back to normal.
