I vote D Gai is our neighbour so we can find him any time and with the other two options we either look suspicious or we get no benefit also in discord we were talking about Shinji’s primary weapon so this could help us find it also if we ask about Gai right after we were found with one of Orochi’s spies and we ask Gai’s best friend were he is we look very suspicious so D is undoubtedly the best option
